From the minute I walked in, it was a great first impression. Very clean, well decorated and on top of it all Julie was kind and welcoming. Once the massage began the 5 star review was solidified, lol. I have a hard time finding massage therapists that apply the right amount of pressure, but Julie's was perfect. She was able to help me relax, but also super strong and able to really press into the knots that I needed more pressure on. Lastly the room temperature was perfect and that for me was the icing on the cake since I seem to always run on the warm side of things and many places that I've gone to are often a bit too hot and uncomfortable for me. So, If you're looking for a GREAT massage from someone who clearly knows what they are doing and pays attention to her clients, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it.

It smelled sensational: there were diffusers in two corners of the room, the lighting was dim and scented candles were lit. I really enjoyed my massage with Julie the owner of the studio. She was friendly, informative and welcoming. She asked me questions about myself and gave me an opportunity to ask her questions too, prior to the massage. A foot treatment was part of the package, which I had first. It was warm foot soak with a wonderfully scented bath bomb, foot scrub and foot massage afterwards. Then I had a full body massage for 90 minutes-90 of the most blissful minutes I can remember ever having during a massage. The massage bed had a warming element to it, zen music was playing...It. I wanted a combo massage and reflexology but I also wanted to see if their prices in person were different than those listed online...they had. As soon as I walked in, one lady poked her head out of a massage room to say, "we're busy." I asked if I could book an appointment. Another lady poked her head out of another massage room to say, "come back at 5." So two massages were interrupted because there is no front desk attendant. Not good but I came back at 5 as requested. Mind you, a snow/ice storm had just begun. The same woman poked her head out, once again, as soon as she heard the door open to exclaim, "we're busy." Enough said!! I pray they stay busy but I won't be adding to the clientele. On to the next.

I called and came in person four times and they turned me away. Honestly, I simply though they were truly busy and didn't think anything of it. Last Saturday, after calling and coming in, in person and turned away, I decided to come back, sit and wait. Once they noted my persistence, they agreed to see me but only for half an hour. They said they had appointments coming in. I was adamant about getting an hour massage but they said they could only fit me in for half an hour and double the price! That's when I realized they probably didn't want to service me due to the color of my skin and I was infuriated. Eventually I got a lousy hour massage. It wasn't a shiatsu massage like I had asked for. They also had me pay before my services, something that is not customary. This is a racist establishment that clearly doesn't feel comfortable servicing black people. I got my money back through my credit card company and I will never step foot here again.

One visit here and you will be assured that not all spas are created equally. Inspirational massage and Facial is unequivocally a massage and facial spa experience that is above the rest. After so many years of inactivity in the gym, my body needed some therapy and assistance due to the lactic acid muscle buildup. Excessive hydrogen ions (in my muscles) were causing my workouts to be less effective and tedious due to the soreness and Ph levels. A good friend suggested a full body, one-hour, deep tissue massage at Inspirational Massage and Facial in Wesley Chapel and it proved to be the best remedy ever. The steps were simple and painless. The staff was very polite, courteous and accommodating. The treatment room was warm, inviting and serene. After I was comfortably dressed on the heated curved massage chair, the light tranquil sounds of piano, strings and flute of the music saturated the room. The ambiance took me to a peaceful place of relaxation; I begin my journey to healing and wholeness all in one. Preference of the massage was optimized by consistent interaction and feedback from the therapist as to the target muscle group expected, intensity of the location and preferences needed. I felt comfortable and in control the entire hour of the session. This massage was highly effective for me because it: 1. Released body toxins (by muscle fiber manipulation) 2. Loosed tight muscles and joints (due to bad work postures) 3. Relaxation (mind and body) I highly recommend this location, as I know that you also will be satisfied with the experience. It was truly worth the time and effort. Michael
