The campus is easy to find. It is "Will Call" for Firefly Music festival. I always see security and staffers and feel safe.

I applied to DESU in summer, 2025 admission. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of the…read moreadmissions office, and when I did they told me I would have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks (on top of the week they initially mentioned) for a decision. They essentially said it was because there were only 2 admissions counselors for transfer students. It just was hard to get a clear answer. Whenever I reached out to the counselors regarding questions, they never replied. DESU was also the college to which I applied that wouldn't do a transcript evaluation before admitting me (I applied to 3 schools total). Upon acceptance, I was finally able to have a conversation with a counselor, after another week from reaching out. She kept saying how all my credits were "a waste of time" for their degree plan and I have a lot of credits that would be electives but I've already filled the # of credits for electives, so there's nowhere for these classes to go. That's not their fault, but I think the way she worded it (her bedside manner) was not the most professional. They told me I need ~80 credits, even though I would be a senior at the college I attended last time I was in college. The counselor didn't know that I'd been accepted to the school yet, even though admissions told me that was a requirement for advisement. Overall, the slow response (or lack thereof), lack of apparent communication between admissions and the schools themselves, and the professionalism with admin. staff are reasons I did not choose this school, and why I wouldn't recommend it to others.

The girl in the admissions office was very rude and unprofessional. I needed assistance contacting…read morethe right party to solve an issue and everytime that I called; I was met with disrespect. I was genuinely concerned and worried about my issue and just needed guidance, but she continuously answered with passive aggression and cut me off while speaking. The last time that I called up there she was audibly annoyed that I had yet another question and said to me "it hasn't even been a week yet and youreeee callingggg again? Did you ... have a question??" Mind you, I was calling about something unrelated and she had just assumed. That was VERY disrespectful. I had been trying to contact different departments since December of 2024 and was ghosted until recently in February of 2025. I felt left in the dark and at this point I have to advocate for myself to find a solution. Luckily, management was able to resolve my main concern and I'm so grateful. But, that employee whose name I unfortunately did not catch; was very nasty spirited. If someone sees my review can you please address the current staff in admissions, because it was very disheartening and stressful to deal with. Thank you.

I'll say this, read the incidents which have been documented by the state. My daughter was placed…read morewith a teacher she and other classmates called the "Bad Teacher," and we started to see an increase in negative behavior. It leads to her being grabbed and scratched by this same teacher who was fired after Corporate Kids and I reported the incident to the state. I, however, think she was fired due to other allegations beside my daughter's. I feel strongly in my heart if something preemptive was done with this teacher and watchful eyes applied to the lack of care offered to my daughter and her classmates my daughter's behavior would not have escalated to where she was asked to leave. Poor behavior is poor behavior, and we will work with my daughter to correct was is going on, but when there is a negative force as play, it will affect any child around. All this happened in a few months, this should have been a sign something was wrong. Other parents were up to the school for this same teacher. Yet we continued to get from Corporate Kids,,,"We don't know what's wrong or why she's acting this way. She never did this before." In reading the past incidents listed on the State site, I see my child wasn't the only child grabbed and harmed. One had to seek medical attention. I am saddened by the decline of my daughter's behavior since my daughter has been there for close to 2 years with no major issues. But since being moved into this unqualified teacher's class its been downhill and now my wife and I are scrambling for alternative care due to my daughter being asked to leave with no warning after a pretty lousy day were her behaviors were out of control with her saying she didn't want to go back. We'll find a way to deal with that, but as a parent and former educator, I would think twice about placing my child or any other here. Research for your self or reach out to my wife, and I we will gladly sit down and explain our experience.

This is one of the worst daycares I have ever has my children in. I am absoutley disappointed, and…read morewould never recommend this facility to anyone. No offense to anyone, but if you find this daycare satisfactory, then you must have no standards for your children. The majority of the employees are extremely unprofessional and uneducated. (Very ghetto). On most occasions the teachers spoke in inappropriate slang to the children. The children had a "water day" in which all the boys and girls changed clothes into bathing suits, all in the same classroom. The food provided was very unsatisfactory. Only partially cooked, and the children were given expired milk on a few occasions. There were times when I would go to pick up my children, and rap music, with vulgar language would be playing at an extremely high volume for the kids to listen to. There were injuries to the children at least 3 times a weeks. There was no control over the children, and the teachers are clearly more worried about their cell phones and personal lives then the care of your children. Please make a better decision for your children. They really expect you to pay $150 a week for your children to be exposed to this.
