After one service only, I now have to file my own claim, but at the in network rate. Then I get charged for a service that didn't happen. They claim they can try to fix it if I call back. No answer after I call back several times. Do not recommend. Front desk acts like they're helpful but it's a scam. If I could give it a zero, I would.

I still have trouble believing the smile I see when l look into the mirror belongs to me. This may sound odd, but l actually look forward to my appts. and have a good time while I'm there. This says a lot about Exton Dental. Within minutes of walking in, I'm sitting in the chair with a bib around my neck(not to eat lunch unfortunately). I have now spent over $12,000.00 in their office in less than a year on root canals and crowns (with INSURANCE). Both crowns have fallen out in less than 6 months (2). They are the wrong shade and do not match the other teeth (very white and obvious). They recemented them back in (charged and billed insurance/running up my benefits for the year on work that was already paid for, upwards of 4,000 a tooth). I could not have booked an appointment due to their cancellation policy. Mind you, I spoke directly to the office and note my chart that I had not cancelled my appointment and yet they continue to state I did not cancel within 48 hours of said appointment and therefore they BANNED me from making appointments. So, here I am with a mouth full of VERY EXPENSIVE, mismatched, broken teeth, in pain, and cannot even make an appointment for repairs. I can only call on Wednesday's and hope for a cancellation. My last visit to Crescent resulted in a perfectly good lower molar that was drilled down and cracked in half, while the dentist was recementing my upper molar crown back in. So now, another dental repair to a good tooth that is now broken. I have since obtained a new dentist, reputable, reasonably priced, and in the process of having the $12k worth of work done at Crescent Dental redone as the new dental provider stated they did a root canal and crown on the upper molar that is not viable. I need to start an implant process ($6k) to replace the unnecessary $5k upper molar that Crescent did in March of 2026, basically now an $11,000k tooth, not to mention the cost of the office visits for repairs. I was informed by new dentist in June that the tooth should never have had a root canal and crown as it would not have worked. Money thrown away on a useless, expensive crown. I have reached out to my dental insurance as Crescent was submitting claims that were not valid, such as a mouth guard, office visits, xrays, etc. They are investigating Crescent Dental for false claims. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRESCENT DENTAL or any of its affiliates as they are shady. They do not do good work, cause more harm than good, unprofessional, rude, and simply looking to get paid. Yes, they are more expensive than a regular dentist as he is a Priemer Dentist, meaning he submits claims at the highest billing rate and you get stuck paying more than other dentist and runs down your allotted benefits for the year. The numbness and tingling extended into my ankle and foot. Ibuprofen was not cutting it. I knew I had to do something. I have tried Epidural injections in the past with former back issues that have never been a successful outcome. Therefore, I decided to give acupuncture a try. What a disaster that was. I'll leave it at that. I then decided to go back to what I knew. I have had chiropractic care many times in my earlier years that was always successful. I was given a suggestion by a friend to consider Sport and Spine Chiropractic Center at the Garnet Valley location. Upon my first visit, I was referred to Dr. Derek. I have to say--I was not expecting such notable improvement after only three visits. To be honest, if you told me I'd begin to see improvement after only three visits, I would have told you, I don't believe you! Dr. Derek has zeroed in on the exact spots of pain in my lower back. Prior to trying chiropractic care, the pain has been as high as a 10 out of 10 where I could hardly stand it. After the third visit, I could feel the pain becoming much more bearable. By the fifth visit, I was ready to shout from the rooftops at how much less pain I was in! I had to share the good news with Dr. Derek that my pain had been severely reduced. I was truly excited at my ongoing outcome. I also have to say that the staff members are friendly and professional. I have not encountered one staff member who isn't! They all demonstrate that they care and are committed to what they're doing. If you are experiencing pain, guys, I would highly recommend that you consider chiropractic care and making an appointment with Sport and Spine Chiropractic Center.
