I…read morenoticed they offered many donation-based workshops, which gave me the opportunity to visit the studio, meet some of the staff, take a workshop, and really feel out the space before committing to anything. Later, I was able to get on a call with Gayle, the yoga teacher training instructor, and it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She answered all of my questions with so much care and clarity, and within a few weeks, I felt confident enough to sign up. I've attended several of the donation-based workshops, and I absolutely love that they offer this. It allows people to explore and learn something new without the pressure of fully committing right away. I'm currently about a month into my yoga teacher training at Bodhi & Sol, and it has already been incredibly powerful and inspiring. Being in this space, surrounded by supportive and like-minded people, has been such a gift. Thank you, Bodhi & Sol, for creating such a safe, welcoming, and intentional space.

It's clean, has a great vibe, and I always bring something away to think about or focus on with my practice here. Emma rocks. Her instruction has a strong foundational emphasis on core and alignment. Though I enjoy many different types of practices she truly brings me back to my foundations. By turning my focus back toward those basics I've noticed the more advanced areas of my practice will show a marked improvement. The practices that are led here always offer a perfect combination of balance, focus, conditioning and introspection. Yoga Shed is a gem. Five stars all the way!

I love that I don't have to be locked into a contract. The studio is nice and clean and the lighting isn't too bright or too dark. Everyone I've met at the classes have all been nice as well. This place is incredible not only because of what it is but because of the people who own and run it. The dedication of the owner is outstanding and he is so gracious with the time and energy that he gives to each and every guest. What this gym lacks in height it makes up for in mentally and physically challenging routes. There's is great diversity in the types of holds and each one comes with its own unique challenges. The auto-belay system is so handy when lacking a belay partner, and I also witnessed the owner belay people every time I was there. Seriously worth every Penny and every minute!
