Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. Ryan made the booking and planning process so easy. He replied to emails and messages very promptly and went above and beyond in making recommendations and offering to help in ways outside his scope as a DJ. You can tell he is very knowledgable and passionate about what he does. The day of, he got everything down pat for the ceremony, did a great job in playing the genres we chose, transitioned/faded/cut exactly as discusses, and kept the crowd going during reception. Prices are very reasonable, as they have different packages you can choose from. We personally got 8-9hrs or service which was perfect and came with lighting. His set up was very good in terms of sound and technology. Our guests were able to request songs via text as well. Very happy with our experience with Pump It Entertainment and highly recommend their services for any event you need.

Because I am a child of the internet, my search for a GTA MC with the ability to speak Canto, Mando, and English led me to Roy's Weddingwire profile, then his Facebook, then his impressive highlight reel. He seemed energetic, fun, and most importantly, reasonably priced! He also has a team that does DJ-ing. Perfect. We exchanged emails over the year of planning, answered some questions, but ultimately, I didn't get the full effect of his awesomeness until the day of. The games he played were a total surprise to us and he planned everything with some input from us on comfort level. The end result? Perfectly professional, brought hype to the room like no other, and made everyone's night! His games were unique, and most importantly, interactive. You know that shoe game so many people play? (Couple back-to-back, raises shoes for answers to "who is more likely..." questions). Cute, simple, but really kinda the same after awhile. Roy put his own spin on it and brought the audience in so in the end, everyone was having fun! He worked diligently with our vendors. Along with our coordinator, the timing was well-paced. Delays were handled seamlessly. He juggled between languages perfectly. Friends and family alike couldn't stop raving about how great our host was, citing him as one of the highlights of the wedding. A couple of them even grabbed his card for future reference. Commanding a huge room with a diverse crowd like a wedding? That's a damn hard job. Good thing there's a pro like Roy who absolutely kills it. Bring him into your next event for a good time and stay cautious, you never know what kinda crazy might happen with Roy in the director's seat. ;) (58/100) - 2018

Even with a schedule I planned just weeks before Roy was able to run the whole show as if we had rehearsed it and planned every detail. This gave us incredible peace of mind. Roy was truly the professional MC. He spoke eloquently and was able to cater to a room of people that spoke 3 languages and have them all laugh. It was a Filipino- Chinese wedding and both sides were entertained by the games that we played and the flow of the night. When my hard- to -please aunt told my dad after the wedding that she was impressed by the MC I knew that we had chosen right. He prepared the bridal party along the way by reminding us if there was a dress change to be done, a slide show coming up or a speech. The wedding went by fast especially with so much fun and we truly appreciate Roy's ability to manage us. We opted to have his DJ come with him and it was another great choice. She was amazing. She was completely in tune with what the guests wanted to hear and had us dancing until the venue had to close. Choosing Roy was one of the best decisions we had for our wedding. He was respectful, always responded promptly to our emails, and worked the room effortlessly. 20 or 50 years from now when I remember our wedding I'm going to remember our night was successful with the help of our amazing MC, Roy the ProMC!

Once we booked with DISC Jockeys Unlimited, we received excellent emails with all the details needed to plan our night and even had the choice of selecting our own music play list. The night of the party Ivan arrived early and set up his area which was so professional and clean looking, I was very impressed. Ivan was so personable, and throughout the night either came to myself or directly to my daughter to ask questions about music and time lines. The music was excellent, everyone was up partying the entire night, I even captured Ivan on one of my videos dancing behind his set up, awesome to see.
