Had my first dental exam and cleaning by Dr. Barnett. She was so knowledgeable, kind and gentle. I was so nervous but i have now found my forever dentist. The staff were so nice and it felt so comfortable. Thank you! Diane read more

This dental office continues to impress me. My family has been coming here since we moved here in 2017. From the minute you walk in, you are treated with such warmth and respect. We just love Drs. Ramezani and Elizabeth. A special shout out to Mehrnoush, the dental assistant par excellence! Good job, ladies!! read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Ramezani and team for over a decade. They are consistently excellent, delivering gentle great service. All the folks are also unceasingly kind. I came to Del Sur from another office that constantly tried to upsell me, and frankly suggested services I don't think I needed. None of that here. Just simple, excellent service. Also, I've now had occasion a couple times over the years to need emergency service. Each time, including today, when the office would otherwise be closed for the holidays, they made time for me. So great. Thank you! read more

I just moved to SD from LA and was looking for a dentist and stumbled upon this place. Let me say, this office was very friendly and Dr. Elizabeth was wonderful! She was very gentle yet thorough and answered all my questions. She also spent considerable time with me and seemed to care about her work. She definitely didn't seemed rushed or stressed like other dentists I've gone to in the past. As someone who hates the dentist, this experinece was quite enjoyable and I would highly recommend her and this office going forward! **Also, they were very considerate of my worries with Covid and take extra precautions to keep the office clean and sterile!! Big plus! read more

The dentist is fine and doesn't overcharge or recommend unnecessary procedures like I have had happen in the past. There is one hygienist that is average and the rest are great. I took away a few stars because their accessibility is really difficult for me. I'm a working mom with lots of kids and I had to reschedule and my best option was 6 weeks out. I just can't work with that lack of flexibility which is sad as I would have stayed for life with them if it was easier to get an apt. Now I think I'll drive back to my dentist in La Jolla who has better accessibility but is farther away. read more

Excellent dentist's office, super clean and very professional staff. No fuss and clear communication. Highly recommended.

I have had great experiences at Del Sur Dentistry. Have been in twice now for cleanings and check ups and it has been timely and efficient and the entire staff has been beyond attentive and nice. The cleanliness of everything was very sufficient and I felt very comfortable. Would certainly recommend to a family member or friend. read more

Working with this dentist has been a nightmare. I liked Dr. Ramezani and her dental assistants and hygienists, but working with the admin was horrible. She charged me a deductible for a cleaning that she wasn't supposed to, kept billing my insurance incorrectly, and kept blaming her mistakes on my insurance, which I didn't find out until I called them. It took me hours to sort out their mess, and in the end I still didn't get the fillings I needed done there because they weren't billing my insurance correctly. The Patient Coordinator called me blaming my health insurance for her mistake, even though she made mistakes every single step of the way when billing me. I eventually asked to have my medical records sent to me, and after more than a month went by of no contact from them besides a check in the mail for the $50 they owed me, I had to contact them again to get my medical records sent to me, even though California state law says they must get them to me within 15 days and HIPAA says they only have 30 days. Overall, I have had to waste hours and hours dealing with the fallout from using this dentist, and I still have to get my fillings done by somebody else. Magically, my new dentist was able to bill my procedures correctly. I definitely recommend going elsewhere with your business if you don't want to pay out of pocket for procedures that your insurance fully covers. read more

Had to get an immediate appointment for surgery clearance and was pleasantly surprised. Roxana the dentist didn't try to sell me on anything even though I hadn't been to the dentist in 2 years. I would highly recommend this office they accommodated me same day and were nice, honest and the pricing was fair. read more

My family and I have been to countless dentists here in southern California and no one has come close to the level of professionalism, care, kindness and efficiency that Dr. Ramezani and her team have shown us over the years. I would recommend them to anyone, they are just the best! read more

Love Roxana Ramezani!!! She is an amazing dentist. I have been going to her for almost 2 years and is very nice, professional and a pleasure to go to. I chipped a tooth about a month ago and she took me right away. She fixed it in no time flat and I felt like new. You will be impressed with her and her staff right away and have a dentist forever! read more

Advanced Dentistry is by far the best and the most honest dentistry I've been to in my 38 yrs experience running after my dental works. Dr. Roxana never tried to make me do any unnecessary dental works as some other dentists simply do. My experience with Advanced Dentistry made me write my very first review ever! Thanks Roxana for professionalism, honesty and friendly environment you've put all together. read more

My daughter's front tooth broke off in a sporting accident, and unfortunately she needed to get a root canal (performed by an endodontist) and a crown (completed by Dr. Ramazani). Dr. Ramazani did an amazing job. The crown is a great match to my daughter's other front tooth... and it required real artistry to match the translucency, whiteness, and subtle striations. We did a round of tooth bleaching before making final decisions on the crown. The crown looks very natural and is not noticeable at all. Dr. Ramazani is also simply a great dentist for routine care. Love the care and friendly office staff of Del Sur Dentistry. read more

I love Del Sur Dentistry. Dr. Ramezani and the staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I usually am anxious going to the dentist, but Dr. Ramezani is incredibly gentle and eased all my worries. I highly recommend this dentistry. read more

Great service and attention to detail. Dr. Ramezani is very knowledgeable and is very skillful. Unfortunately, I can not return for due to pricing. Might be just the area that Del Sur Dentestry is located but I do not have insurance and their cash discount is not in line with other dentists. read more

Dr. Ramezani and her staff are superb! I have been coming here for 2 years now and they have made my dental visits comforting and easy. The dental assistants make sure I am satisfied with my cleaning. Nancy is very organized and helpful in making my appts. Dr. Ramezani is helpful and accounts for any concerns I may have. The pluses of course is the location, the flat tv screens on the ceilings, and the simple gifts that make all the difference. Keep up the great customer service Advanced Dentistry! read more

I received an ad and offer in the mail and since it was time for a check up I thought I would give them a try. I first saw the hygienist. She was gentle, but thorough. Dr. Ramazani checked me out as well and though I didn't need any work at the time, she gave me confidence and I have been back several times. The appointments are scheduled so there is no wait. A very pleasant experience. read more

Overall great experience. Advanced Dentistry has a awesome welcoming staff with knowledgeable hardworking employees and a great atmosphere. I have had regular cleanings, x-rays, and teeth whitening performed here and they all were done perfectly. I have a cavity-free record and Advanced Dentistry helps me keep it that way! I highly recommend Dr. Ramezani and Advanced Dentistry. read more

A huge thank you for Dr. Ramezani. My entire family and I have been going to her for over four years. She has always been great. When my mom was in town, she had an emergency tooth extraction. She called us on off hours and made time the very next morning! I can't say enough good things. Appreciate everything she does. If you are thinking of a dentist, look no further! read more

Dr. Ramezani is the best dentist I've ever gone to, and that's saying a lot. She is gentle, kind, and has fair pricing. I recommend everyone to her when searching for a local dentist. The office is not at all daunting, very welcoming staff as well. read more

My family has been seeing Dr.Ramezani for 2 years now. The office staff is very friendly and I love that we can schedule my entire family on the same day. She is also great with the kids and we have had excellent care. I would highly recommend Advanced Dentistry for any dental needs. read more

I've been going to this dental office for years and will not switch to another! I have moved companies and am farther away, but I still rather stay. That decision was solidified when I recently inquired on teeth whitening service by another office. Immediately, I saw the difference in professionalism and knowledge offered by Dr. Ramezani's office. She did my whitening along with other services this past year, and I am happy to have her be part of my dental health. I highly recommend her office for all around great care! read more

Dr. Ramezani is the best!!!! I hate the dentist and she makes every visit great, and she's very accommodating being open one Saturday per month which is usually the only time I can make it! Best dentist ever! And even though it's sometimes a pain to get back to San Diego for a saturday appointment I would never want to change dentists. Thank you for being the best! :) read more

I am not a fan of dentists - at all, bad childhood memories and all that sort of stuff. But I have found a dentist that I don't mind going to - which for me is as good as it gets. Nancy at the front desk is always so friendly and so incredibly efficient. And Dr. Ramazani is just so kind and makes you feel so comfortable - she doesn't preach at you, she is honest about what you need to do and what you don't need to do or what can wait. I take my children there as well - and the team are so very patient with them, especially with my cavity prone child with the low threshold for pain. I am happy to say that they will not be growing up with the same aversion to dentists that I had. read more

Very simply put the best dentistry office I have ever been to. I have been to quite a few and everything here is state-of-the-art and the care is very professional while at the same time extremely friendly. Advanced Dentistry has earned me (and my wife after I recommended she go too) as patient for life. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Ramezani. Having recently had a very poor experience with another dentist, over charging me for shoddy work that I didn't really need; I found Dr, R's office to be excellent in so many ways. She is professional, caring, takes the time to answer my questions, and respectful of my time and money. (She doesn't keep me waiting or overcharge!) I first came to Dr. R for Invisalign and once I experienced her and the staff, I wanted to change her to be my primary dentist. I didn't really understand how my insurance worked and Nancy took the time to research my insurance and explain to me how it worked. I am very happy to say that Dr. R is now my primary dentist. I never thought I would say it, but I actually enjoy, yes, enjoy going to the dentist. Roxana, Nancy and Sarah make the appointment a very pleasant experience. read more

This is my family dentist since I move in this neighborhood from advanced dentistry to Del Sur Dentistry. Hygienist Dana is so gentle even my sons have no complaints, I was so glad Dana didn't get that side kick from one of my boys, because My son's first dentist got the kicking and the dentist just gave up. Very clean and friendly. And yes you can watch tv on the ceiling while they do the work. And watch on that 2nd tv while sitting at the dental chair and waiting for dr. Ramezani's thorough check up. They will remind you of your appointment months and weeks and will follow up on any changes if there is any. They are very good in time management. Be there 10 - 5 mins early to your apointment, either you get called right away or no later than your apointment time. that's the reason why they don't have a TV on their waiting area. read more

I have lived in San Diego for 5 years and have finally found a dentist I love! The office staff are friendly and efficient, and so helpful. I chipped a tooth and they got me in to the office right away. Dr. Roxana Ramezani is so kind and a great communicator. I have always had a sense of anxiety and stress with dental procedures and she always puts me at ease. I also love that they make suggestions, but I never feel pressured into anything--ie. zoom whitening, Invisalign, etc. read more

My family (wife and 2 young daughters) and I have been going to Del Sur Dentistry and Dr. Ramezani for over 5 years. No one likes going to the dentist, but they make it quick and easy. They are always on time, and get you in and out. My last appointment with x-rays was under 45 minutes; that is incredible! I sit back and watch Sports Center and before I know it I am done. Dana is by far the best Dental Hygienist there is. They entire team is very caring and professional. Check them out! read more

I love Dr Roxana. She is such a smart dentist and can detect problems that other dentists miss. My family and I have been Her patients sine 5 years ago and she has helped us with different problems. I am a super sensitive person with TMJ problems and have been seen by so many dentists and specialists therefor I can say Dr Roxana is the most talented and smart dentist I've had. She has GOLDEN FINGERS with an extraordinary memory which she remembers all details and concerns from previous visits. She is so honest and would never do any extra work not necessary. She does above and beyond for her patients dental health. Thank you Dr read more

Cheap Ass Dentistry. They don't even have plastic tooth brushes to give to their clients, forget about tooth paste or mouth wash. They cheat of medical insurance and make fraudulent claims about procedures they did not perform, just for the sake of money...what a shame! You are NOT a patient here, you are a money making machine and they will milk you for it!!!! You've been warned! read more

I had tooth pain so I called Advanced Dentistry referred to me by a coworker. The front office was so accommodating, and then the dentist stayed late through the evening on a Saturday to fix my broken tooth. The best part was that for the first time ever I didn't have to get sedated or even use laughing gas because Dr. Ramezani was so gentle and efficient. I've taken my phobic husband there and my two little kids. read more

I have been going to Dr. Ramezani for over two years. She is a conservative dentist, focusing on whats necessary for your health, not like some offices who try to push unnecessary or premature procedures on her patients. She is personable and friendly. The office is very clean and organized. In addition to the gentle and well done dental procedures, setting appointments and reminders are done timely and electronically as well. I have recommended friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so. read more

Doctor Ramezani and her team are by far the best dentist I have ever had. I have been going to her for 3 years now and can imagine ever going to another dentist after her. read more

Dr Ramezani is amazing! I'm so thankful that I'd found her when, several years back, my previous dentist told me that I needed a couple of expensive procedures done. I decided to seek second opinion with Dr Ramezani, and it turned out that those procedures were not necessary; she saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars! You'd never feel being rushed at all at Advanced Dentistry like some other busy dental offices where the dentist hurriedly attends to several patients one right after another. I remember spending nearly an hour with Dr Ramezani at my first visit, where she meticulously went over the x-ray films with me and answered all my questions. She's knowledgeable, professional, and personable as well. I've referred a couple of friends to her and they've become very happy patients. Oh, and Nancy at the front desk is awesome too! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Advanced Dentistry! read more
