I've lived at Del Ray Central for 3.5 years. I'll write a more extensive review later but one of the staff deserves a long over due shout out. That staff member is Werner. ⁣He's a facilities worker at Del Ray Central. He knows I'm a single lady and for the past three years has always had my back helping to care for my pet, hauling unwanted furniture, etc. ⁣ ⁣ This past year as I recovered for 2 months from a major surgery, he and his wife came to clean my floors and routinely took out my garbage since I couldn't lift anything more than 5 lbs. ⁣ ⁣ He's even arranged movers for me. I feel so incredibly blessed to have this kind man looking out for me. He makes life less hard. DO NOT LIVE HERE This apartment complex is so beyond poorly managed. Sandra knows NOTHING and has told us completely incorrect information numerous times. We have had flooding, a constant smoke smell, and bugs in our apartment and they do not seem to care. The leasing office combined with Del Ray Tower across the street, and Del Ray Central has clearly taken a backseat in their priorities. The entire leasing staff is incompetent and inconsistent in their answers. On my bill there has been extra charges that were not disclosed to me, and I have had to go talk to the leasing office every month. Do not live here! read more

I've lived here for nearly 3 years and just received a notice that my rent is going up by $900 per month in 20 days. Beware if you are interested in staying beyond a lease that they are only required to give 30 days notice of a rate increase, even if the rate increased less than one year prior. The leasing office staff is new as of 1/2019 and has a different demeanor and level of organization than the previous management, who was wonderful. The new staff has called or written to ask questions that they should have on record such as "which parking spot is assigned to you?" and "are you on a lease or month-to-month?" The maintenance and cleaning staff are very helpful but the parent company seems extremely hard on management and does not care about keeping tenants. There is no pool, concierge or shuttle to the metro. Update: After submitting my notice to vacate, I received unsolicited emails about moving from a third party, Updater. I believe Greystar, the management company, sold my information to them. read more

I lived at DRC for five years, and only moved out because I bought my own place. I agree with neighbors I during my first year living there (who were moving into a house): They made it very easy for residents to stay. It is the first community I've lived in where I knew my neighbors, and residents (for the most part) were respectful of one another. I have no complaints about management or maintenance at DRC. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it would be fixed within one day of me reporting it. I never had any real nagging, chronic issues in the unit. I agree with some other comments - Saybah seemed to learn my name immediately, and Lilian was always very helpful when I stopped by with questions. The property is also extremely dog-friendly. We used the dog run nearly every day, and got to meet lots of great neighbors there. There is a gym on site that I would use in a pinch (and rarely did I have company). It would be nice if there were an indoor, reservable community space but I managed to survive without it. Had I not purchased my first home, I would have renewed my lease again. read more

Avoid. I lived here for almost 3 years and moved out in July. After the previous manager (Saybah) left, things went downhill quickly. Overall, I noticed a lack of both enthusiasm and customer service from the current office staff. Look through the most recent reviews- all one star. The good reviews came prior to the current office staff. I'm still waiting to get my security deposit back (3 months later) and they have stopped responding to me. They appear to be in violation of Virginia law (Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, § 55.1-1200), which states "The security deposit and any deductions, damages, and charges shall be itemized by the landlord in a written notice given to the tenant, together with any amount due to the tenant, within 45 days after the termination date of the tenancy". There is no dispute on the refund amount- they sent me the final statement (detailing the refund due) within ~1 week of move-out. They did not refund the amount due within 45 days- it's now been 90+ days. There was a previous review on Yelp from someone who was in a similar situation, except after 8 (!) months he still had not received his security deposit. The only positive about this apartment complex is the maintenance crew. They were always quick to respond to requests and very friendly. The building itself was always kept very clean. Since one star is the minimum necessary to write a review, it goes to the maintenance crew. The building itself was okay. I didn't hear much noise from the units on either side of mine except for the last few months I lived there. My neighbors on one side must have mounted a TV or speakers on the shared wall because it was LOUD. And the neighbor across from me kept his TV volume incredibly high- I could hear his TV from inside my apartment, across the hall. I could hear every movement of my upstairs neighbors. The fitness center is tiny- if there are more than 2 people in there it gets way too hot. There's a business center with 2 computers and a printer, which can come in handy as long as the printer works. The outdoor areas are aesthetically nice enough with grills and tables. I never used the grills so I can't speak to how well they function. Overall, regardless of my personal experience, I think there are other "luxury" apartment buildings in the area that offer many more amenities for roughly the same rent. I actually stayed in the area after moving out and searching for a new place was eye-opening, considering what other buildings had to offer compared to Del Ray Central. I would only recommend this building as a last resort. read more

I was visiting my grandson and paid for 5 days of parking in their half empty parking garage. 11 minutes after the pass expired, management had a service tow my car. They don't allow you to buy a parking pass online and the office closes at 7pm. So, if you decide to stay another night and don't move your car to the street, they will tow you immediately after midnight. There is no grace period so that you can go to their office the next morning and purchase another pass. Towing cost me $160. Management has changed for this building. I agree with Courtney R. After Saybah left, things went downhill quickly. read more

The building is nice, and the maintenance crew is fantastic, but I've had some major problems. The first month I moved in, the payments system was broken--this required working with the manager to figure out what I was supposed to pay. The number she ultimately gave me looked so off that I requested a spreadsheet of my account. After combing through lines of application fees, admin fees, pet fees, pet rent, deposits, etc, I found they were overcharging me by $1000. It took me a month to make this understood to the manager (no apologies, of course). So: not the best first impression. Moving out, I was sent an email informing me that my lease would expire, and that I would need to renew if I wished to stay. Because of the wording of the email, I misunderstood this to mean they didn't need an additional notice from me. When I belatedly learned otherwise, I accepted that I would need to pay extra time on the apartment. They decided I should be charged over $4,100 for one month + one week on my 1-bedroom, 700sqft apartment. For misunderstanding one, poorly worded email. I pleaded with them to consider lowering the fee as it was an honest mistake and the effects would be devastating, but the manager just sent me a boilerplate answer in return-- "They do not take calls from resident in regard to pricing concerns. We apologize if you are dissatisfied with the rate". Thanks! The monthly rate wasn't even mentioned anywhere in the original email or on their resident portal. For all I can tell, they picked it on a whim, and for some reason it *had* to be $1,400 more than what I had been paying. Like this price was written on a stone tablet handed down by God Himself. The whole reason I was moving out was because I couldn't afford the $200 rent hike. The front office staff is nice, but it's still run by a faceless management company that will happily stiff you $1000 on one hand and cost you an //entire month's paycheck// for a plain misunderstanding on the other (the email confused me!! you could have mentioned somewhere, anywhere, in half a sentence, that you still needed a notice!!). Clearly they are very strict about following the lease-- unless it might net them some extra money. Congratulations Del Ray, you're my new #1 worst. You beat out the apartment with the ceiling that kept peeling off. Thanks for destroying my cross-country move and clearing out my savings. read more

I love how quite and quaint this community is! The staff is so friendly and made the move in so easy. Even with all my crazy requests and last minute date switch, they were more than accommodating. I also didn't like a hanging chandelier in the living room bc it clashed with my decor, they next day they took care of it, also had a little trouble with the washing spin cycle, the next day whole thing replaced. Maintenance staff is on it! And absolutely love the office manager! I have now lived at DRC for more than 3 years and this is my third enthusiastic review. I continue to believe that I live in the very best apartment building in Alexandria. The building is superbly well-maintained, the HVAC and appliances are extraordinarily reliable, and the walls keep out all noise. the residents, dogs, and babies are a joy. You rarely hear any noise from humans or dogs in the hallways. Everything is clean, friendly, and comfortable. But what sets this wonderful apartment complex far above the mean is the staff. Saybah, Corbin (newly arrived but so friendly and helpful and competent), Brad, Allen, and Werner are a dream team. Unfailingly pleasant, courteous, upbeat, empathetic, there to help with any and all problems, willing to listen to suggestions, great sense of humor, more like friends or family than landlord, just luxe. I especially enjoy the great, generous parties (Saybah was up at 5 AM last weekend cooking turkey and fixins' for party!!!) But I also treasure the periodic friendly, warm interactions, the popcorn, the expressions of concern about health and other issues, the camaraderie. I had to relocate from another state in less than 2 weeks. I was assured that my ADU application wouldn't be a problem and that my salary qualified just so that they could get a nonrefundable $650 deposit off me. They took a full week and half to get back to me, then 2 days before my official start date, I was told my application was denied because my salary doesn't fit the requirements--going against everything I had been told previously. The lady was completely lacking in empathy, even though I was devastated and near tears given I had nowhere to stay in time. She suggested a pay a vastly higher price that I can't afford with my salary, and when I said as much, she hung up on me. read more

FANTASTIC! That is what I have to say about my days at Del Ray Central. I have been a tenant here for over 4 years and am so sad to be moving. Never again will I find such a wonderful organization. Needs are met promptly, beyond necessity and with ease. Maintenance is same day service from a courteous and skilled staff. My German Short Hair Point/Boxer mix found his home wonderful as well. Treats were given any time we ventured to the office, the dog run a community spot out back where the staff collected toys and balls for our furry friends. What a thoughtful gesture. If you are new to the community Del Ray is the quaint community nestled in between the big cities (D.C. Arlington and Alexandria). I would welcome anyone to call this home! Don't live here. The new management is awful. The people who work in the front office are rude and incompetent. They make mistakes all the time, don't care about residents and will treat you terribly. The manager is rarely there - she is always "stuck in traffic". The elevators break all the time. They will raises your rent an insane amount with no notice. The building always smells. Read the recent reviews and not the old ones - this place is awful and has gone downhill fast with Greystar. read more

This would be a 5 star review if they were able to fix the vibration and noise that I experience from several a/c units on the roof. I've been here over two months and it is no better. I can feel the vibration in the walls and floors. So my furniture vibrates as well and it makes me nauseous and puts pressure on my head and ears. It sounds and feels like being in a somewhat muffled engine room. Either my apartment on the top floor is the only one affected, or I am just extra sensitive and am the only tenant who cares I do like the community, but had I known about this roof noise, I would not have moved in. It's pretty stressful to have it going on in cycles all day long. They claim that they padded the units after my complaint, but there has been no improvement. I can no longer get communication from management on it. I keep wondering how condo unit owners would have fixed this problem if this building had succeeded as condos. I know that there are other ways to attenuate this kind of vibration and sound, either they don't have anyone who knows how or they don't want to do it. I wouldn't know because there is now a breakdown in communication. Understandable, because who cares if you're not the one dealing with the issue day in and day out. In any event, this is an enormous negative for me in living here. But others who are not as sensitive will ostensibly not be bothered. Otherwise, I like the building. The walls between the apartments are quite quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors. The apartment itself is nice. The appliances are decent, but probably on the lower end (no self-cleaning oven, dishwasher not digital, lint screen on the dryer causes lint to get on clothes because of the design). That's pretty minor. The high ceilings make it feel spacious. The kitchen and bath have an upgraded look. It was perfectly clean when I moved in. The rooftop decks are nice. UPS delivers right to your door. The garage is convenient. And I really like the neighborhood. I would say that if you are sensitive to constant vibration and low to mid-frequency noise that you cannot control, definitely do not live on the top floor. But since it is coming through the structure, I cannot say that there is no effect on other floors as well. If none of that is a problem for you, then it's a great place to live. read more

I have lived at Del Ray Central (DRC) for nearly 10 months and it's been great calling it my home. When I began looking at apartments in the area I gave myself two weeks to find the right place. So, I did my research and viewed nearly two dozen apartments in buildings, homes, town homes, etc. Del Ray Central was my first stop and setting up an appointment to meet with a leasing agent was easy. When I arrived I was greeted by Katie and I couldn't be more pleased with the reception and the tour of the available apartments. I looked at a number of units in both the north and south buildings and I settled on a spacious one bedroom with a balcony in the south building. The price and specials they were running when I visited could not be beat. I was impressed by the cleanliness, security, and the amenities. I had a good feeling about DRC... That was just the beginning. After moving in, I was impressed by the responsiveness and efficiency of the maintenance staff. Quick to respond and follow-up, and they are in and out of the apartment with little to no inconvenience. Marie, the property manager, is fantastic. She always greets you with a smile and is she is very kind and approachable. She does an excellent job managing the property and ensuring the resident's needs and requests are met. She and her staff host a monthly catered social. They also recently upgraded their two roof top decks and before doing so they canvassed the residents for their input and requests. Both decks now have electric grills (very convenient) and updated modern furniture. They also purchased "Corn Hole" (a lawn game) for the courtyard. There is also a fitness center on site. Parking and storage are convenient and ample. The community of neighbors are great. Lots of dogs and a nice onsite dog-run. You'll love the building, staff, amenities, and the Del Ray Area. read more

My daughter and I have proudly called DRC home for 7 yrs. This is such a bittersweet moment for us since, WE LOVE OUR DRC family. Saybah has been so helpful with any and everything and very supportive, we will miss her and Lilian dearly. We can't wait to come back and visit. My husband and I moved to Delray central and from the 1st day at looking at the apartments through the end of our lease term it was a luxurious experience. I cannot say enough about how happy I am to be living in this community! Coming from Miami and knowing how stressful finding a place can be, I was very apprehensive and just plain old nervous. Just looking at various Yelp reviews on apartments in the DMV area had me worried I would never find a place! Yet Saybah and Dean never made me feel uncomfortable and I knew I could call this place my home away from home! Upon meeting them I quickly realized just how professional and kind they are as well as being attentive and knowledgeable about the property and the neighborhood. They have always been incredibly responsive and gracious when answering my questions or addressing my concerns. Maintenance has also been a breath of fresh air. Werner, Raul and Javier have always been professional and friendly when addressing my minor maintenance requests. I have never had to wait more than 48 hours for them to address and issue and when they do, they are knowledgeable and quick to finish the job. The neighborhood and community make me feel safe and all the residents I've encountered have been friendly. Though not a pet owner myself, it is a pet-friendly community and I get a bit of joy of hearing a dog happily bark in the hallways from time to time but other than that, it is a quiet community and I have never heard my neighbors other than the usual noise from the neighbor above. The fixtures, landscaping, amenities are all wonderful and though I may regret spreading the word, please consider DRC as your next home, you won't regret it! read more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I work for a company that went out to do work on the roof. We sent invoices for all work that was done. No payment so I'm being nice and just emailing them as a reminder. I get no response so I start calling the Maintenance man named Allan as he was the one who placed the call. I called him last month before the year ended and he asked me to email his property manager which I did (no response). So I decided to call him again to follow up and he tells me his property manager says they can't pay us until the new budget is approved i said okay when will that be? He says AUGUST 2020!!! It's not his fault as he is not in charge of paying the bills so I asked for the number to call the property manager. I kid you not i called 4 times!!! it was only 4:40pm the last time I tried no one picked up and mailbox was full! So I looked for them online and saw they offer a chatting session with a representative. I kindly ask for the information that I needed and she gave me the same information that I had already so I was in the middle of typing back to ask if there was anything else and she ended the chat ! I am not surprised if residents hate it here cause I don't even live there and i would never consider it ! read more

Del Ray Central is a great place to live. I moved to Virginia from Tampa, FL and was used to having many amenities (aka bars, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) all within walking distance. When I moved back I was in the boonies and looking to surround myself with a similar environment as soon as possible. Admittedly, I was targeting Ballston, Clarendon, DC, etc... somewhere convenient, trendy, close to a metro, and an apartment with all the upgrades. It became apparent that after going on apartment reviews, etc... that I wouldn't be able to achieve that without paying an arm and a leg, or sacrificing quality. The main thing that first caught my eye about DRC is that the apartments themselves looked amazing, and then I was blown away at their 95% rating an apartment reviews. I hadn't seen any other place with higher than 60-70% and the average for other places was somewhere around 45% favorable. So although this place was not in the location I was seeking I had to check it out... and ultimately ended up signing a lease. Positives: * The apartments are all updated with fairly high end appliances and fixtures. The apartments appear upscale with decent quality granite, flooring, windows, and lighting. The place was incredibly clean - the apartment, the common areas, outdoor areas, etc... * The staff is amazing - like I said I checked out a few other places and the people there didn't appear nearly as genuine or willing to help as Marie, Katie, Raul, and additional maintenance staff. * Underground parking, that's easily accessible and safe. They also provide onsite storage for a fee. * I don't want to jinx myself here but I've never once seen a mouse, roach, spider, ant, or any of that crap you will probably get elsewhere. I'm pretty happy I don't have to think about having stuff crawling on me at night. * For the most part, it's fairly sound proof. This place is very dog friendly and you will definitely hear dogs at times walking through the halls. You may hear a dog from your neighbor's apartment if they are one of those with anxiety, but the tenants have been great about doing what they can to address the situation if it becomes too much. * The neighborhood - right down the street in Del Ray there are restaurants, a few bars, there's grocery and department stores within walking distance as well (if you aren't going to be carrying a bunch of bags). But most of the stores are individually owned and unique on Mount Vernon Ave. * The demographic of people is really diverse. I'd say most of the tenants here are working professionals and generally everyone is very nice. * They do happy hours and get together for tenants to make networking easy. * The closest metro is under a mile away - I don't normally take that one (Braddock) though... * Old town is less than 10 minutes away, as well as Shirlington, Crystal City, and Pentagon City. Getting into DC takes 10, maximum 15 mins. * Laundry room in your apartment has a ton of space for storage. * Free coffee, printing, internet access in common areas. Access to grills and several nice outdoor areas for entertaining. * I don't own a dog, but it appears really dog friendly here, all the dogs are low key and well kept. * Regular maintenance, very professional and personable. * This list is really long so you get the point, needless to say it's a great value and I'm happy I moved here. Improvements: * No pool, gym may appear small to some but it has what you need for cardio and a full workout. * I did have a noise issue, once but it was primarily due to my neighbor's child falling asleep with their surround sound bumping nickelodeon all night. One conversation and that never happened again. * I did want a place with full hardwood, but at least I have nice flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. * Closets in the one bedroom I have aren't walk in but there are 3 total closets in the place, 2 in the bedroom, and I fit all my stuff comfortably. In an effort not to write a book here, I'll stop there. You should have zero concern over moving into this place. I don't foresee myself being interest in living in other apartments, and will probably stay here until I find the right house. read more

The second day we moved in Saybah (the apt mananger) arranged to have Raul come in and install racks in our laundry for no additional fee. I moved to VA in January 2013 and was looking for a safe and walkable neighborhood near DC. A friend recommended the Del Ray neighborhood and I fell in love on the first visit. Del Ray Central was perfect for me - accommodating to those with pets (I have a dog and a cat) yet the owners and management staff have put a lot of thought into minimizing the impact on non-pet owners. The interior and exterior are clean, safe, and quiet. The neighborhood bars, restaurants, and shops a few blocks down Mt. Vernon Avenue mean that I can park my car on the weekends yet still get out for a good time. read more

I just signed a lease for a third year at Del Ray Central. I never want to move! I absolutely love living here. You couldn't ask for a better location -- the heart of Del Ray. It's a quiet 3 story building. Beautiful inside and out. Constructed without compromise. I never hear my neighbors. I love parking underground -- if you currently don't, you are missing a great value. But the best feature about this building is the staff. And from experience, I can tell you that makes all the difference. It's the most important quality of renting a home. Saybah Kolako is the Community Manager and a lovely person who truly cares about each resident personally. She goes above and beyond to quickly respond to any concern. She is totally accessible and extremely competent. Issues that could cause stress don't because of her kindness. The maintenance staff is great. Immediately responsive and friendly. Recently, I came home at 3:00 a.m. from a long trip to find my AC had gone out. I debated whether or not to call anyone that late, but it was 82 in my apt. in the middle of the night. So I called emergency maintenance. They came right away. Did not complain. Saybah and her team went out of their way to be sure all was taken care of as soon as possible. I was so grateful. Yes, this is an expensive area. But the comfort and peace of mind that comes with living at Del Ray Central is worth every penny. You won't be sorry! I wanted to update this review to express my thanks to property manager Saybah Kolako. She is the glue that holds the Del Ray Central community together. If it wasn't for her leadership and dedication, it wouldn't be the same. We called Del Ray Central home for three years and absolutely loved it. The office and maintenance staffs are so friendly and really make you feel at home. The apartments are nice with newer stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and big windows. The neighborhood is awesome, with great restaurants including BBQ, sushi, Italian, Indian, Mexican, and burgers. There is a co-operative art gallery and several yoga studies right down the street. Easy access to Crystal City, Old Town, and Arlington. Every time we had a problem or needed something, the apartment responded right away and sent someone to fix whatever the issue was. My wife and I are really into running, so having a gym with treadmills in the building was great during the winter. We really enjoyed living there and were sad to leave. read more

For parents there is also a very nice daycare in walking distance. Covered parking, excellent, well thought out interiors and individual washers and dryers make this Delray an extraordinary apartment community. Although it is pet friendly, it is just as accommodating to non pet owners like me. It is a great community, only enhanced by the monthly gatherings put on by management. I moved to an apartment for the first time in 40 years last month. I am 63 and having health problems and I was fearful and did not know what to expect. But I picked the perfect place. Del Ray Central is a throwback to a time when people helped people, computers did not rule the world, and courtesy, positivity, and hospitality were givens. The leasing office people--Marie and Katie--the maintenance people, even the maids are magnificent. They are warm, friendly and smiling. They are also dedicated, incredibly hard-working, and efficient. The place has an air about it that is almost like a functional family. It is quiet, relaxing and comforting. The neighborhood is hip without being pretentious, fun without being frenetic and resembles a small town. There is little traffic or noise and people on the street are mostly friendly and welcoming. Last Sat I went to a 12th anniversary party for a warm, fun little restaurant. The food was excellent, there was unlimited free champagne, and the staff and guests were again relaxed and gracious. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable and accommodating. Plenty of light, thick walls to keep out noise, and the cutest dogs and kids in DC. Everything about this apartment house and its environs is a 5+. Hooray for Marie and Katie and the rest of the excellent staff! Tell Marie and Katie Howard sent you. Nice area! Del Ray Central has the best customer service support personnel I have seen in 20 years. Saybah (Apartment Manager) knows all tenants on a first name basis and goes above and beyond to ensure you feel right at home. Truly the premiere location for NCR area!!! Military friendly! Highly recommended for people that are new to the area. Everything you need is within walking distance!! Easy access to the transit system. DO NOT live here under Marcy's management. Katie is amazing, but she is leaving. The manager Marcy verbally promised a lease change for over 6 weeks. I found a new tenant and had them complete the application process. I moved out specifically to accommodate them and ended up having to pay for an empty apartment. Marcy ignores emails and phone calls and anything more complicated than picking up the phone. I was told by her that she returns emails once a day at the end of the business day, must be nice. The building is amazing and so is the neighborhood, but if you have any needs other than paying rent, Marcy will ignore them. DO NOT live here while Marcy is managing this building!! It is so unfortunate the previous manager left who was also amazing. read more

Moved into the apartments a few months ago and my wife and I love them. Saybah and the maintenance team have been great since we moved in. During our move Saybah was short-handed and running the office by herself, but she stayed on top of our requests and made our move very smooth. The apartment complex isn't very big, but everyone is very pleasant. The only view gripes we have are that there isn't a pool and lounging area for residents and that it gets very hot in the garage during the summer months. Other than that, you definitely get a very good sized apartment for the price compared to other apartments in the area. Also, what other complex can you stay at, where the leasing office knows you and everyone else by name and apartment number!?!?! Another plus is the fact that you cannot hear your neighbors and that's a huge plus for us. The walls, floors and doors are nowhere near thin. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone else and will provide an update as it gets closer to my lease ending. read more

I've been at Del Ray Central for over two years. The apartments are spacious, the management is responsive, and maintenance is amazing. Very convenient to the Pentagon, as the 10E bus stops right in front of the building and is an express to the Pentagon and Crystal City. Loved the garage parking, the dog run, and the friendly, walkable neighborhood. Highly recommended. I have purchased a condo nearby, but am sad to be leaving! read more

I have lived here with my boyfriend since August 2014. I have loved every second of it. The apartments are great. They are very modern and upgraded. The noise is great between apartments. I never hear my neighbors. The staff is great and the maintenance team is on the spot! read more

We moved into del ray central about 3 months ago and we absolutly love it here. The staff works really hard to make it feel like a community here and it really does. They are very appreciative of their residents and are very responsive with anything you need. It has a much different feel here than most of the building in the area... the staff know you personally and are truly delightful to work with. Saybah (building manager) went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I to make sure that our move went smoothly and that we were happy with our place. The maintenance staff is also great in this building... they are friendly and incredibly responsive with anything you need in your apartment. Since these units were originally built to be condominiums, the quality of the apartments definitely stands out compared to big buildings in the area. They are solid and well built for sure. We really feel lucky to have come across this building because we couldn't be happier here! read more
