My personal experience with Dr.del Junco has been very positive and healing. I was recommended Dr. Del Junco by my family, they have been going to Dr.Del Junco for years, which i'm so grateful for. As a 23 year old, involved in an auto accident, applying for disability for the first time, I was very weary of the process, but with the support of my family and the kind, genuine, reassurances of treatment I got from ladies upfront made my weariness dissolve. They were there to help me with my process being so informative, it eased my stress and anxiety for my situation.
They heard my story out, and were open to answering any questions or concerns I had. I was never spoken to pretentiously, like other places have done. They're very informative especially for first timers. Therapist in the back, she was breath of fresh air and so funny, which brought me great ease.
She treated me with kindness, and was knowledgeable about the whole process with me, and gave great care, making sure she really knew where my pain was coming from and really just giving me tips and advice for my healing process. She was so knowledgeable as to why I was feeling so much pain in certain areas. The staff all in all do an amazing job, so much so it restored my faith in humanity.
Compared to other chiropractors who just see you as a number and don't really treat you with basic human decency, don't look you in the eye and just see your file, like your disturbing their peace. Not once did I feel like a number under their care. All in all, just a complete healing experience, the staff and Doctor know what they're doing in such a humble way. I appreciate the doctor talking to me in well manner never an ounce of condescendence was spoken.
I hope all staff pillows stay cold on both sides and their sinuses remain unclogged. Till the end of my days I will recommend Dr. Del Junco and forever grateful for the teams care and dedication to treating others with human decency and kindness that's hard to encounter nowadays and all while being so professional they deserve the praise.
! HEADS UP ! FIRST TIMERS !
Make sure you don't wear any strong/light perfumes/ cologne/ lotions the doctor has asthma and can be triggered by the fragrances, just shower with hot water the day before your visit, it is an asthma friendly zone which, I love, I don't have to worry about getting headaches when I go. If you do end up wearing strong fragrances, don't take it personally, just own up to it openly they'll appreciate your honesty and if they can't see you just reschedule, even then they still give grace, and they'll still see if there's somehow a way that they can help you, but if your the type of person to take it to the heart and have problems about it, just hit the road jack, that type of negative energy is not necessary, either reschedule or find another chiropractor, these people work to hard to tolerate cry babies, you have every right to find care else where, if it bothers you that much. Other than that it should be a smooth sailing. A microscopic sacrifice to such amazing care in return. read more
