1-Star Review Very…read moredisappointed with our experience at this location. I came in with my wife for an adjustment, and I called ahead of time specifically to ask about the wait. We were told there was no wait, so we decided to come in. Unfortunately, after arriving, we ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching several people arrive after us and get called back before my husband. I went up to the front desk to ask when I would be seen, and we were reassured that I was next. However, shortly after that, they called another patient instead. At that point, we felt like we were being completely overlooked. There was also a woman at the front desk who appeared to be a manager or supervisor (I don't know her exact position). She was spending a significant amount of time talking with another person instead of following up with the doctor or checking on the patients who had already been waiting. We eventually became so frustrated that we walked out without my husband ever being seen. I honestly chose this location because of the great reviews, so this experience was especially disappointing. I understand that businesses can get busy and that waits can happen, but telling us there was no wait, making us wait over 30 minutes, repeatedly telling us we were next, and then continuing to call other people ahead of us is not acceptable customer service. Hopefully management addresses the way patients are being checked in and prioritized, because this experience felt extremely unprofessional and left a very bad first impression. Unfortunately this location is too overbooked, I recommend search elsewhere

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lim and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality…read morechiropractic care. One of the treatments that really stood out was a unique form of electrical therapy. I was lying on the chiropractic table while Dr. Lim stood on an electrical conductive pad and used her hands to gently massage and treat specific areas of my body. As she worked, I could feel a mild tingling sensation exactly where she was applying pressure. It was unlike any therapy I've experienced before, and it was both relaxing and incredibly effective. I came in with hip pain, and after the treatment I noticed a significant improvement. Not only did my hip feel much better, but I also left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and energized. As a father of a very active two-year-old, having the energy to keep up with him is no small thing, and I genuinely felt a positive difference after my visit. Dr. Lim is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain the treatment and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. If you're looking for a chiropractor who provides personalized care and innovative treatment techniques, I highly recommend Dr. Lim.

I'd never consider giving up trying to find help for her, but have to admit that options had gotten slim in the past few years, and then I happened upon Dr.Lim's site and noted that she approached her chiropractic practice with an appreciation for the relationship between a person's nervous system and pain which immediately resonated with me. We live in the desert so it took awhile to make an appointment happen, but once there, my daughter and I were both calmed by Dr. Lim's relaxed demeanor and her willingness to listen fully to both of our concerns. I can tell when my daughter is comfortable with someone by the clarity of her speech, as the accident caused her to struggle with aphasia, especially when she isn't comfortable with where she's at or who is in her space. With Dr. Lim, my daughter spoke cleary and was able to communicate her health challenges pretty much on her own. Throughout the appointment Dr. Lim was patient and checked on my daughter's comfort throughout the various therapies and chiropractic she applied. When done, my daughter let it be known that she hoped to see Dr. Lim again soon. Back in the desert later that same evening, my daughter happily approached me and demonstrated that she was able to turn her head 180 degrees in both directions - something she'd been unable to accomplish for at least a few years. She also mentioned that her brain was clearer. All very appreciated. Dr. Lim is an outstanding and multi-skilled chiropractor. There aren't enough thank yous to express our appreciation.

First, I have to recognize Rosalind. I truly don't have enough words to describe how radiant, warm, and genuinely kind she is. She carries such a beautiful, positive energy while remaining completely professional. Last week, I called during a full-blown panic attack. The office was closed, Dr. Rich was out, and she was there. She didn't have to take me in or stay and help -- but she did. She comforted me, made sure I was okay, and didn't leave until she knew I felt safe. It felt like I was talking to someone I had known my whole life. That kind of compassion can't be taught -- it comes from the heart. Rosalind, thank you for caring the way you do. It means more than I can ever fully express. And then there's Dr. Rich -- truly one of a kind. Not only do you walk out feeling physically brand new after an adjustment, but you feel supported as a person. He is always accommodating, especially when I call during moments of anxiety or panic. His calm presence and willingness to help make such a difference. It's rare to find a healthcare provider who genuinely listens, cares, and treats you like family. This isn't just a chiropractic office -- it feels like you're gaining a new family member when you become a patient here. The level of compassion, flexibility, and human kindness is unmatched. 100000/10 recommend. If you need an adjustment, or if you're someone who struggles with anxiety and wants a place where you feel safe and understood, I promise one visit can change your life. You'll find yourself becoming a VIP here before you even realize it. Thank you both for everything you do. I am endlessly grateful.
