Absolute trash service. They came out to look at my dishwasher. It took three hours for them to…read moretell me there was a leak. They fixed it and informed me that my dishwasher needed an additional part, that they would order it and call me with the cost and date. They never did. They made me call them, and I was told that the manager (who has never seen my dishwasher) made a note that I needed to replace the unit. The reasoning? They can't order a simple replacement part. If that were true (it isn't), why in the hell wouldn't they call me?! The answer is that I no longer represented a profit for their company. Now I have to start over with a new company, and I haven't had a working dishwasher in over a week. Just look elsewhere. These people don't deserve your business.

Unethical pricing, poor communication, and misleading repair practices…read more I was charged over $700 for a refrigerator repair that failed almost immediately. The company later tried to charge another $1,100 -- including a 115% markup on a part that wasn't even defective. An independent, factory-authorized technician confirmed that my refrigerator is working fine and that the original diagnosis (claiming four failed parts at once) was completely implausible. They also refuse to include part numbers or details in quotes unless you specifically demand them -- a clear lack of transparency that misleads customers. I've opened a dispute with my bank and reported this to KitchenAid and the Texas Attorney General's Office. Be very cautious before doing business with this company.

While all the negative reviews are true, IF you can get Bill at ABC metal to complete your job, the…read morework is the very highest quality. He did just complete my job after 66 days. I had tried to be patient though it was hard with the lack of communication. Loads of delays and even more excuses. At the end, I did express my frustration which is always a shame that it has to come to that so unnecessarily. But he finally came to complete it and the quality is the highest. My security doors are not only custom, but beautiful, installed properly and very safe. I got an extremely good job. With security of your home becoming a big issue these days, Bill could be a wealthy man because of his excellence of craftsmanship. He is talented and knows exactly how to do it right. But I fear his complete lack of business ethic will keep him from it. And that's a huge shame.

Which should have been a big RED FLAG... After several months, I tried contacting them to do the job but they never responded, so I had to hire someone else for the job. I finally got a hold of them on their cell number, and asked them to refund me the down payment. After many excuses they claimed they had already sent me the money through Zelle, which I never received. I then checked with BBB, and found other companies they also ripped off and never refunded their down payments. Looks like they make a habit of ripping off people. I learned never to give anyone a DOWN PAYMENT!
