It has a ton of space, plenty of pool tables and dart boards (they're the plastic kind, though), a very big outdoor area, and an overall good vibe. There is smoking permitted, but it wasn't overly smoky. No drama, a polite and on point staff, and a very impressive bartender and bar back who handled a packed house like it was just another day in the park. I'm always hesitant to try bar food, but I had a double burger that was pretty good, though my friend got wings that he said were not good at all. Overall, I would go back, and recommend it.

They are expertly crafted, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I've had in the area. The atmosphere is what really makes this place special. It's comfortable, relaxing, and has the perfect vibe for sitting back, having a conversation, and letting the stress of the day fade away. Whether you're meeting friends or just looking for a quiet place to enjoy a drink, it strikes a great balance between upscale and welcoming. They also have a nice wine selection, which is a great option for non-cigar smokers. While it can get a little smoky at times, as you'd expect from a cigar bar, the ventilation system does a great job of keeping the space comfortable. You don't have to be a cigar enthusiast to enjoy 23 Court. Come for the drinks, stay for the atmosphere, and leave feeling relaxed. I'll definitely be back for another smoked Old Fashioned.
