Class is taken on the megareformer!

This is hands down my FAVORITE studio in San Diego. The instructors are helpful and attentive, the class sizes are small and focused on you and your form. Your first few classes will be TOUGH- push through it and keep showing up. It never truly gets a lot easier- you just get stronger and better at it, so you keep get more out of each class.

Carina was super helpful when I first became a member and immediately sent a follow-up email after my first class.

Started doing personal training with Natalie S. After one session I feel like a whole new person. She listened to my concerns and my goals and tailored a regimen to my specific needs. Love the Chill Zone - just wish it was included in the membership instead of $20 a session (you do get one free session per month which is nice). The infrared sauna is a great warm down! Grateful for this community and excited to try out more classes. Just wish there were more offerings, the classes I like are only offered once a week.

The sled was a lot of fun as my current gym does not have one. Towels are available at the front desk, and the locker rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed with showers, a large vanity area, and motivational signage throughout. The stretching room was a standout, offering assisted stretch machines along with open floor space for mobility work. The Chill Zone is an additional premium amenity--members receive one complimentary session per month, with additional sessions available for $20. Overall, it's a polished, well-equipped gym with thoughtful amenities, ideal for those who plan to fully utilize everything the club offers.

He's energy and coaching is amazing. Professional, personable, and enthusiastic. PB location -coach Lenny Weiner. He was so welcoming, professional, and helpful. NP location -coach Jordan Tuzon. Super nice, professional, and motivating. All three coaches were great! All with different teaching styles. I absolutely enjoyed all three coaches and locations. I'm so impressed with all three locations, coaches, and my experiences. So excited to try all of the other coaches. If you're on the fence, just try a class.

I was humbled and incredibly grateful to receive a scholarship that helped reduce the cost of our membership and my son's summer camps, allowing me to start my new jobs while school was out. They also worked with us on a payment schedule that made camp costs manageable. Knowing my son is somewhere safe, having fun, and making wonderful memories gives me such peace of mind. It makes my heart smile to hear him excitedly share all of his adventures when I pick him up each day. The Camp and Adventure Guides Program Director, Alejandro Villasenor, has been an immense help to our family. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and treats families in the community with kindness, warmth, and a sincere desire to give children the best summer camp experience possible. My son had a wonderful and memorable time at YMCA camp two summers ago, and he has had another fantastic experience this summer through the Pokémon LEGO Engineering Camp, Craft Camp, Splash Camp, and next he'll be attending Horse and Ranch Camp, which he's incredibly excited about because he'll get to learn to ride horses! Thank you, Alejandro, all of the wonderful camp counselors, and everyone else at the Ryan Family YMCA. We truly appreciate everything you do for our family and for so many others in the community.
