I could tell that he cared about my issue, but was also very professional and didn't just feed me what I wanted to hear. He was very factual. He also let me know the different options of what could happen with my issue. By the end of the consult, I felt more relaxed knowing all of my options. If you're not sure about retaining legal representation or you just need some legal advice, I highly recommend getting a consultation with Mr. Gorski. He did not address any of my concerns, nor did he make any effort to listen or make me feel heard. I paid $200 for a consultation, and my experience fell far short of what I expected. My phone call was late, and when it finally happened, it lasted less than three minutes. Mr. Gorski told me to call back once I had all my documents, and would see if he would be able to help with the court proceedings but I was left feeling unsupported and uncertain about whether he could assist with my upcoming court date. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend their services based on how I was treated.

Slam dunk case but in California if you don't have insurance, you have nothing coming. In spite of all this, in spite of not being able to show lost wages, this young attorney managed to squeeze north of $200,000 from this company, a household name company with unlimited resources! On top of that, there was not one moment where I felt he was being disingenuous. And my BS meter is surgically sensitive. Friendly and sincere yet at the same time extremely professional. Has the balls to dig in his heels for his clients, and that pays! It pays because corporate attorneys are bullies, but Mr. Mustoe grew up in an environment where he had to stand tall or die. Rodriguez and Associates are astonishingly lucky to have a man of this character, courage and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend that you look into this good man to help you navigate the evil swamp of greed called "Personal Injury Litigation". P.S. This firms' secretaries, paralegals and drivers are fantastic people, real people who make real connections to the client without being intrusive or fake. Just a really good experience. Trust me. It was the first time I helped out with hiring a traffic lawyer so I can't really comment on the pricing. But considering that the fine costs way more, I think their pricing is fair for peace of mind since a court appearance was required and we lived 200+ miles away. All communication was through email or phone and they provided lots of updates when they showed up to court. Though we didn't get the results we wanted, they still were able to give the best possible outcome without having anything show up on the record. That was the ultimate goal anyway. Only reason why we didn't give a 5 star was because we thought communication through email could be a little better. Every time we sent an email, we would get little to no response unless we called to follow up. Other than that, I still highly recommend them especially if you get a ticket in the Los Banos/Merced area!
