Halibut would be well suited for thier simple steaming techniques, and razor slams for the fried foods like prawns and cod. Well, since I both like mussels and curry, I scooped that up in about half a second. Taylor Shellfish has quite a five generations of history in Washington State's shellfish business. They're a big company with over 500 employees and an awesome website from which you can order pretty much anything related to things that swim or creep around the ocean. The 3.5-ounce tin of Curried Mussels was priced at $12 and full of plenty of plump and tender mussels in a delicate curried oil.
