I had to ask for my cuticles to be properly pushed back during the mani because the skin was visibly stretched over my nails. When I returned for a refund or redo, the tech blamed the poor quality on the color instead of taking responsibility for her execution. She was visibly upset and didn't even bother to properly clean up my nails after removing the gel--some gel was still left on. They only refunded me $44 for the gel portion. Poor execution, lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service.

They only had three and a half stars but most of the reviews were really positive with only one or two that didn't like one person here. So I said what the hey, I'll try it. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very courteous and friendly. My toes turned out quite nicely and I'm sure I'll be back. I took off a star for two reasons. One, because they have some odd polish brands like cover girl and sally hansen mixed in with their Essie and OPI polishes. Second, they don't take regular debit or credit cards. If you still have a card that doesn't have a chip in it they can't swipe your card.
