I took my dog to get her summer cut here and I really wanted to give her the whole 9 yards. I dyed her pink on her mohawk and her tail and then I had a pink heart died onto her butt and then I had a puppy cut with the ears and face and they did an amazing job. If any of them have an issue, (like infected ears) dee lets me know. There's good reason why so many of her clients are faithful. Today I dropped off my 3 for grooming. Peaches went in first and tried to push open the swinging door to get back into the work area and Jennifer. I opened the door and Peaches went straight in. Took our poodle in for his Thursday appointment "fluffy" no issues and besides a few years old but walking eating and bathroom breaks he was fine . Then waited on a call to find out when he was ready and upon arriving my wife gets a call that our dog is at peace not. How can you fe good about a place that pretty much kills your dog and expect no a single backlash . People with dignity need to speak up for your dogs wellbeing even if they up in age . Thanks Dee's for killing our dog with your lies . Do you all really think I would have dropped off my dog if he was sick 'really " . Dee's dog Grooming is not the best place for dog grooming . So it took me awhile to write this review because both my sister and my mom take their dogs here to get groomed. However, when I dropped off my dog in the morning they said he'd be ready at 5pm. I decided to head over and wait inside since I hadn't gotten a phone call. When I got there they were still working on my dog.. he'd been there since 8am! The part that really got me was when I saw he was muzzled, which I don't mind if it keeps the groomers safe. However, another Assistant Asked the lady if she needed help calming him down and she said "no". Then decided to take off the muzzle to "see if he'll behave this time". Well as she was trying to shave near his face he was trying to bit her so she HIT HIM REPEATEDLY KNOWING I WAS THERE. In the face and his body.. I asked for my dog and we left without leaving tip. My dog was shaking and super quiet on the way home. Never again. read more

Glad I found this place. My dog actually gets groomed here with no complaints unlike petsmart. Who couldn't control a Pomeranian.

One star is far too generous. Dropped off my shi tzu for a bathe and a summer cut at 11:00 am and he was not ready to be picked up until 7:00 pm in the evening. They did a horrible job. I am not sure if they were running their clippers too hot. When we picked him up he had hot spots and abrasions from the clippers. I didn't realize how bad the area on his chest was, because they hid it with a bandana. My dog has been getting groomed since he was a puppy. His grooming schedule for bathes is every 2 weeks. He was so miserable after taking him to Dees Grooming. This has been the longest I have had to wait to get him bathed between his grooming schedule, because of all the healing, mass itching, booty dragging ( huge hot spot abrasion at the base of his anal and testicle area) issues he has had since going to Dee's. read more

OMG, stay away from this place! what a nightmare, prior to droping my Wire Fox Terrier, I asked if they were experienced on grooming such type of breed of dog, and they said yes. I was given a time to pick her up, and I called and she wasn't ready, I called again and another delayed, finally they told me another time, I came by to pick her up and they were just working on her. Needless to say I was late to work, they did the worse awful cut to my dog, they made her nails bleed from cutting passed the wick, the cut was choppy, uneven and nothing like I requested prior to the service. I will never, never never go to this place again. My dog was place on a small kennel awaiting her service, and was not given any type of water during the entire stayed, she came how dehydrated and has not wanted to get out of her bed from exhaustion. I'm planning to go back tomorrow and demand my $$$ back! They might be able to do poodles or something, but they shouldn't lie about doing another breed if they have no experience. I'm totally disgusted with this place. What a hole in the wall! DON'T GO THERE WHATEVER YOU DO! You'll be sorry P.S. Unfortunally I have to give then one star because the system does not allows me to make a comment without a star rating, but if it was up to me, I would say an F with tripple minus. August 18, 2010 Today I went back to this place to speak directly to Dee and even brought my dog, so that she could see the choppy and horrible haircut she has given my dog. My dog was so dramatized from the pain and suffering she experienced at this place for the cutting of hair nails and bleeding, that it was nearly impossible to get to come in the door. After presenting my case to Dee over and over, she refused to accept her mistake or apologized, I demanded my $$$ money back, and finally I only got half of what I paid! Anyone out there reading this, pls stay away from this place do not make the same mistake I did. Do not take your dog here for grooming. read more

I have used Dee's for over 6 years. They do a great job and cut my poodle fosters just the way I want. Took one malti-poo foster that looked like a dirty matted mop and he came out looking as good as any show dog. One of my own dogs is fussy about her head, but they do a wonderful job on her and she prances out. Their prices are reasonable so I do my own dogs and my fosters there on social security. I have been taking my 2 dogs to Dee's for over 14 years and each and every time they have done an AMAZING JOB! They are friendly, professional and affordable. However, at this last visit to the groomer they really went ABOVE AND BEYOND in their customer service. My boys, Perseus and Gizmo are 15 and 14 years old respectively and have had some health issues of late, specifically arthritis. When I called Dee to make their appointment I explained that they have had trouble standing and if there would be anyway to shorten their stay. They said they would do their best to keep them comfortable and to work on them as quickly as possible. They really came through for us and finished working on my dogs quickly and called as soon as they were ready. They already know my dogs and their health problems and are compassionate and caring. Please Read!!!!!!! Today I wanted to treat my fur baby to get groomed and what happened shocked me. Dee's establishment was not a good grooming place because of a new employee. There's a new worker that has anger issues towards the owner, pets and customers. The owner vouched for the employee saying "she is angry because they changed her medication". At the beginning everything was great kind of sketchy because the place was small but wanted to give them a try. The employee took my Harley all nice and told me she would take her to trim her nails and then shave her. The owner told her something and the girl left the area with my baby. Afterwords everything escalated when the owner told the worker to do something and she got hostile with the owner told her "you take care of it" and literally threw my baby into the owners hands. My father started telling at the worker and she was very unprofessional about her job. We payed for the services and left telling the owner that she should not have a worker who treats the pets roughly and having attitude towards everyone. So as a pet owner and a pet lover I would highly take this as a warning to not leave your baby's by themselves if that new employee is around or still working there because they are treated badly when you are not around. Dee and the other lady did a great job with the pets but they need to get ride of the new employee because she is too violent and rough with the pets. She does not know how to handle and be compassionate with the pets care. So be warned and please take care. read more
