I wasn't happy about my dogs haircuts at all! My dogs don't look like poodles anymore at all. They are completely naked. I was charged a dematting fee of 50 dollars for two dogs, but all my dogs were shaved downed even the one that wasn't matted. My wife almost cried when she woke up from her nap and saw the dogs haircuts. When I paid for them, I assumed my wife told the groomer to cut them this short, but she didn't. I feel like if they were just going to be shaved down I could have took them to PetSmart for half the price or shaved them myself. This is the exact review I left this place and someone responded explaining that they were sorry for not communicating that the dogs needed to be completely shaved and the groomer just assumed since my other two matted dogs needed to be shaved it was ok to give the unmated dog the exact same ugly haircut. read more

I was using Bark n Bubbles for about a year or so to have my 5 dogs groomed on a regular basis. I LOVE, LOVED Sonia!!! She was very friendly and great with my dogs. She was the fourth one I tried out with them. That being said I called the owner to schedule standing appointments for all of my dogs with Sonia. The owner seemed like she was completely put out by making theses appointments and said at first she would not schedule them one at a time. After a lot of sighs and disrespectful remarks she finally agreed to it. To say the least, I really didn't like the owner after that and the only reason I stayed with them was because I loved my groomer. Sonia decided to leave this business and go to another place to groom. When the called to let me know about it, they recommended a new groomer that just started with then. When he came he did a great job. We got to talking and I told him how I felt about the owner. I received a call the following day from the owner's husband telling me that the will not be grooming my dogs anymore and he was extremely rude about it to me. All in all it came down to the owner not being able to handle her business in a professional manner. I'm amazed that she had any clients if this is how they deal with their clients. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! The gentleman who answers the phone has no since of customer service from his tone on the phone to simply getting questions answered about their business, how it all works to the prices (which he lied to me about over the phone). So let me get right into...My groomer that I have been with for 5 years left PetSmart for this mobile salon and because I have been with her for so long and have two australian shepherds I wanted to follow her since I know she does a great job and to stay a loyal customer but I am sorry after how my husband and I were treated today by the people who run this business I would rather take my business elsewhere. When I had first scheduled this appointment a month ago the gentleman seemed nice over the phone explaining the company to me and how it works but also sounded annoyed with all the questions I had. Well as I said before I have gone to PetSmart for years (my sister even works at one here in SA) and so I can say I have never had a problem with PetSmart and actually I've enjoyed using the company since while my dogs are getting groomed which takes 4-5 hours when I take them to PetSmart it helps me clean house, run errands, etc but I wanted to stay loyal to my groomer that left there. So I will say the company send you a text the day before your appointment to confirm your appointment with you which was nice yesterday because I simply need to reply YES or NO. But then the next customer service issues was today with what is possible the wife of the gentleman who run this business since did inform me at scheduling that he, his wife, and daughter run this company. Well I had by mistake forgotten to lay out our dogs rabies information for my husband to give the company since I was at work and my husband informed me that the wife started to get upset that it took him a couple of minutes (3 literally!) but once he got the paperwork he was very apologetic and the wife didnt seem to care. Next I will say the time took a little less than PetSmart so when I have taken my dogs to PetSmart it took (4-5) with Bark n Bubblez it took about half the time so that was nice for my dogs but like I said the amount of time it takes to groom my dogs isnt a big deal to me since I am able to get what I need done while they are gone. And if you like having your pets right out your front door then this is a better alternative and they also dont need to use any hose hook ups. Lastly my biggest issue though was being lied to about the price. When I spoke with the husband yesterday to confirm pricing he had informed me that for my aussies who weight 50 pounds each it would be $65 for a full groom and I had asked my groomer to add on teeth brushing which is $10 each dog but for some reason my bill came out to $178. So I had my husband question the wife and my groomer and they stated it was for the groom, teeth, and taxes. Well that is fine however I like at PetSmart how they give you a print out of actually what you were charged for each dog before the service and after and the price was always the same $130. So I had my husband go ahead and pay them which I guess was my mistake for not being there and told him I would call the company. AND WOW boy was I treated horribly since they had gotten my money. When I spoke to the gentleman his tone and words were very unprofessional he stated "i told you for a full groom it would be $55-70" I was never told this and when I tried to explain that I had never paid that amount of money even at a big corporation like PetSmart he then began to tell me that he guess my time isnt worth much to me. Now I'm sorry but you dont know me or what I do so how do you proceed to know what my time is worth. I then began to inform him that I did not the appreciate the customer service we received from him or the business and the gentleman told me I was "full of shit" and hung up one me. So I'm sorry my dogs mean the world to me and I am willing to pay for them to be groomed and understand because they are aussies and because of the haircuts I request that I always plant o spend $130-$150 but $178 is too much especially after I gave a $40 tip. So with all this said I would have been happy to use the service again had they 1) apologized for not being more clear about the pricing and 2) having better customer service because in all honesty my dogs do look very nice however because I refuse to be treated so rudely I will NEVER use this company again and instead I will either go to my sister's location and have my dogs groomed or simply find another business because this one needs a lesson on customer service! read more

Wonderful Service! We just moved to Texas from Southern California where we had to leave our amazing groomer for our 10 year old English Labrador. Groomer did a good job but their customer service is horrible! It takes them days to return phone calls and sometimes even answer the phone, I spoke to a voicemail system the majority of the time. When I did talk to a person on the phone it was a man who seemed to have little patience for my questions regarding their services. He spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor by having his (or his daughters) company groom my dog. Also when they say it will be between two prices (aka between $50 - $70) just know it will be the the highest price, my bill actually came out to more than they quoted me (not including tip). I've taken my dog to different groomers who have literally given my dog the same haircut for half the price, for what they charge combined with their customer service I would not recommend them and won't be returning. read more
