Kristie helped us get this under control, so we can now have an enjoyable walking experience with our dog. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. She built a positive relationship with our dogs and with us. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate the changes in our dogs' behavior.

She is always reliable, and most importantly, takes excellent care of our cats, which are like children to us! This is no easy feat, as we have 9 cats, some of whom have special needs related to diet and/or medications, including injections. Chelle is always there for us (we make sure to book her as early as possible when we see a trip on the horizon) and not only take such excellent care of our fur kids, but also checks in with us, including photos, to ease our minds while we are away from home. In short, I would not hesitate to continue to recommend Michelle (The "Puuurrfect" Sitter - Professional Cat Sitting Services) to anyone with a kitty! She is the best, through and through!

Even greater than having dogs who listen, she is a master at teaching you to have fun and bond with your dog through sports, like agility and K9 nose works. When I first went to Kim about my dogs, it was because one of my dogs nearly killed the other. Kim's response was, "soon enough they'll be happy together." I didn't believe her. I thought I was going to end up the victim of a dog mauling. I didn't have much hope. She taught me how to gain control through absolute follow through and correction timing. Today, their struggles are a distant memory. They get along great! Since training together with my dogs in the sport of K9 nose works, we've gained a connection I didn't think was possible. I now feel like my dogs speak English because I can read their body language. I worship my dogs and they worship me, and it's due to having fun with them.

How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.
