Friendly workers too. Menu can change daily we were told. We had burgers, wings, fries and mozzarella sticks. They were all cooked just fine, nothing gourmet here just simple basic American fare which will do the job when you're hungry. Ordered ahead and took it back to the place we were staying at for dinner. Visiting the area, (yes during pandemic, took our precautions before coming and during our stay). Never thought I'd write a review about a convenience store, but I've never run across one so nice…read more The lady behind the counter was very patient with the two tweens who had been in the car for 6 hours. They couldn't make up their mind on their ice cream flavors, and she kept giving them samples until they decided. Rugrat #1 had chocolate peppermint, which contained peppermint patties, and #2 wanted Fireworks, which was vanilla with a cherry stripe and pop rocks. She loved it! Dad and I had to use the facilities, and the girls started to play with some light up balls. I told them to put them back and the lady said "oh, they can play with them while they're here." Cones are 1.98, and quite delicious. They seemed to have a good assortment of provisions and the gas was priced lower than the local competition, so all in all it was a good stop - and our last stop on the way to camp.
