But yesterday I brought it in for service ( 4 new tires, new filters, and I had oil leaking in my garage) at 9 in the morning. I was told I had a 9AM appointment. I had another ride to go home so I left the car there. 6 hours went by with NO communication so I called them at 3PM and after the person who answered the phone searching around, I was told my car is just at the point where they are changing the tires. I asked if they knew anything about the oil? The man on the phone had no idea and even after asking people had to have Brian call me back. Well Brian never called me back I waited another 40 minutes (we were getting close to closing time now) and was told oh yeah come on down the car is done. I said what happened with the oil? Why was it leaking? And was told that just the cap was loose, but it sounded weird the way he didn't know what I was talking about so it gave me a bad feeling. Well I got there to pick my car up, and I paid ($1140) and was told everything is fine but I see on my print out it says "cracked pan zip tied together". Of course I asked about it and Brian had NO idea-he went into the back for SO LONG and came out and basically accused me of having it being broken even though I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THEM AND HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT ANYWHERE ELSE. He refused to do anything about it, did not even tell me on the phone so it could be fixed and was basically staring at me like well what do you want me to do. I don't understand how you can bring your car in here to get fixed and not only do they NOT fix it....they break it. At least now I know why no one called me all day. Oh and to top it all off when I got home I checked all my tires, they are not even the same brand. They gave me 3 tires the same and one on the back is a totally different tire. I am BEYOND disgusted of how this service department is run and we will NEVER be going back or buying cars from here again.

With wide spectrum of snacks, desserts, and drinks to choose from, it's a very convenient place for Soldiers to make a quick pit stop to or during work! Stewart's also sells alcohol, so it saves you the trip to drive out all the way out to route 11 to grab alcoholic beverages. Overall a great convenient place that's military friendly.

We've been gifted a new Stewart's which opened this summer. It's big, well stocked, and still employs those same type of people that are needed in the retail business.
