Stay away from this store…read more Six to eight times now I've had to throw out or return bread that I just bought from there, either the same night or next day. The first time, I was insulted and told that I could have purchased it anywhere. The older man I spoke with grew instantly angry and treated me as though I was some kind of criminal. Eventually I told him I didn't even want a refund, just to calm him down, and to keep a better eye on their products. Another time when taking a frozen sandwhich out of the freezer, the top popped open when I picked it up and it went flying out and onto the floor. I was told that I would have to pay for it. When I told them that I wouldn't pay for a product that could have been partially opened already, defective, or tampered with by a customer, and the supposed, "you break it you buy it" law had no actual teeth, (i.e. was not inforceable) they insisted that I would indeed pay for it. When I asked if they were going to add it to the things I w.as purchasing and they answered yes, I left without buying anything. Out of somewhere between 6 and 8 loafs of moldy bread, I was refunded for none. One day when I was in there, after telling myself that I would never buy it from this shop again, a younger guy began pushing bread on me the moment I walked in. Buy one get one or half off or something like that. It was beyond the sell by date. And there were several moldy loafs. The shady way he was acting also leads me to believe that he was well aware of this and trying to sell as many as he could. After all, they don't give refunds. A couple of days ago, I purchased two chocolate muffins there, along with some other things, which I figured were safer than bread. Upon getting them home, I tried to eat one. The bottom of the first one was very moldy. The second one had a little mold on it. I took it back when I could. I'm not always able to go back the same night or day as I'm disabled. But it was only two days. The two men there said that they would have to call a boss. The man who came was the younger guy who was pushing moldy bread on me that day, about a year ago. And of course, he made every possible excuse. They all looked good, he told me. He suggested that I check the expiration dates before buying them. I said that was on him. An expired product shouldn't be on the shelf. And if it was, that was his fault, not mine. But, these were his excuses for not refunding or even replacing the products. Apparently it is our fault as the consumers, if we're dumb enough to shop at this store, that is. If we buy something there, we'd better tear it open right there at the cash register and check it for mold, bugs, whatever. And even then, if we had already paid, they would probably tell us too bad. The little gas station just down the street is often one of the cheapest in town and has some good stuff. Plus they've never been rude to me in there and I've never once bought anything moldy in that one. This place, however, I'm lucky I haven't had to visit the emergency room yet. Stay away from this one. I wouldn't even buy gas there.

I love Ulta Beauty. It's like a Sephora (so higher end makeup), but with some different brands…read more(and some brands in common), and they also sell some drugstore brands, as well as their own ULTA brand. I like that they have a clearance section, and their gifts with purchases are much better than Sephora's where you have to spend so much money to get one tiny sample sized item. ULTA actually gives you items similar to gift with purchases at department stores (like a set of products). We don't have ULTA in Canada, so every time I'm in the USA in a city with an ULTA, I like to go in and poke around. I have found that all locations are very similar and I can't say that there's anything about this location that sets it apart. This location is in the Towne Center at Watertown shopping complex. Lots of free parking.

Every now and then when I go out, I wear a lil color on my lips but it isn't often. It's also always a nude or soft pink. I also like to put on a lil eyelash and foundation to make my skin look a lil more silky smooth. So I went in for my Clinique foundation as it's all I use. It isn't harsh on my face and does not leave my face dry and broken out after removal. The staff was attentive as I was greeted multiple times and asked if I needed help. I was directed right to where the foundation could be found. Staff even offered to color match if I needed but already knew my color so I was good. But it's great that it was offered. Speedy checkout as there was no line. Store is well lit, clean, and organized.
