Our experience with Deer Ridge property management was ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL. They DO NOT include any…read moreimportant details in the property description. The directions to the property (which was overpriced to begin with) were very terrible and vague and we arrived to find out that the drive way was so steep that our sedan could NOT drive up whatsoever. In addition, we found out that you need to bring your own paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap etc. because the place is stocked with absolutely nothing. And if you want to dispose of your trash guess what? You have to pay $5 for every single trash bag that you want to throw away. On top of everything, we ran out of gas halfway through our stay and no one from the company helped us refill the gas at all! STAY AWAY FROM DEER RIDGE!! This company is a terrible company. If you wanna enjoy your stay DO NOT RENT FROM DEER RIDGE.

In fact, instead of refunding the deposit I paid, on the day I cancelled she actually charged me again so I have paid the full amount, did not get to stay, and have never received a response from her or her team at WYM. VRBO has also reached out to her and not received a response. I will probably never use VRBO again, so I definitely do not recommend property owners use Nicole or her team! Very frustrated

I don't know a single person who rents from this "company" that has anything positive to say. Every time you get a hold of her she sounds drunk or like she just woke up, and then her solution to every electrical or plumbing problem is to send her college age son to fix. My favorite memory of Denise is when I told her I would have to abandon the property as it poured water through the ceiling inside after the hurricane and she told me to "leave the fridge open" so there wouldn't be a smell. We reached out to the office on very short notice, explaining that we needed to see more than a dozen homes that same weekend. Looking Glass immediately connected us with one of their agents, Amanda Jonnala, who proved to be exceptional from start to finish. From the first phone call, it was clear that Looking Glass Realty is committed to customer service. Amanda met us that Saturday and spent the entire day showing us homes, returning again on Sunday to help us find the perfect fit. She arrived fully prepared with organized packets for each property--MLS sheets, photos, disclosures, everything we needed. This level of preparation and attention to detail speaks volumes about the standards Looking Glass sets for its agents. Throughout the entire process--touring homes, making an offer, navigating inspections, coordinating contractor estimates, and preparing a counteroffer--we felt supported, informed, and taken care of. Everything moved efficiently and smoothly, and the communication from the agency was excellent. Looking Glass Realty clearly values hard work, professionalism, and client-centered service. Our experience with the company exceeded every expectation, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
