She goes above and beyond the call of duty! Moving in and of itself is a hassle and very stressful, but she is so kind and personable that you feel like she is more a friend than anything. She helped me out in multiple ways as I was downsizing our belongings and getting our home ready to sell. We ended up renting multiple storage units when we staged our home to sell and she made it a pleasurable experience. She even personally used her vehicle to haul some wardrobe boxes that I had purchased at their store, but couldn't fit into my car to my home that is close by their facility. I didn't ask, she volunteered! She and her staff are wonderful!
