Please fix the screens, You can see the concept is very inviting but not the place for the people who have any sort of health issues.

However, I was extremely disappointed by the inconsistency regarding their pet policy. Before booking, I reviewed the campground rules online and understood that pit bulls were not allowed on the property. Because of this policy, I made the difficult and expensive decision to board my own dog elsewhere during our stay. To my surprise, throughout the weekend I saw multiple pit bulls openly walking around the campground. I brought my concerns to the front desk, and the only explanation given was that some guests do not disclose that they have pets and simply arrive with them, which is not an acceptable excuse. While the staff apologized, nothing changed, and the dogs remained on the property throughout our stay. My frustration is not necessarily about the dogs themselves, as I am also a pit bull owner and lover, but about the lack of enforcement and consistency of the stated rules. If the policy is not actually enforced, guests should not be expected to spend additional money boarding their pets based on the information provided online. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will most likely not be returning for future RV camping trips.

Love this park went there today to check it out. Probably going to move there. Patrick the Park…read moremanager is really professional. Seems like a really good guy. The park is clean. Has coin laundry facilities, has shower facilities. It seems like all the lots have a little nice patch of grass. I would imagine maybe would sprinklers because the grass looks so good. It is a 55 and older, which makes it pretty quiet during the day. I can't wait to move in and meet everybody it's in a nice part of old town Tustin. There's lots of trees. The cool thing is you can stay here forever if you like it month-to-month pretty much move out when you want. Space rent., does not include electricity or cable, but does include water, trash, sewer, you are in the heart of Orange County. You're not at the beach, but you're close. You're kind of centrally located around the 55 freeway, the 5 and the 405 is really close. The 22 is relatively close too and the 91. Can't wait to move in. I'm looking forward to it.

Just came back from El Potrero for our Girl Scout camporee. Ugh…read more LOCATION: Far, far away! This is private property and heavily guarded/monitored for the safety of the campers (duh). The camp is located waaaaaay off the beaten path, down a private treacherous dirt road. Once you're there - it's gorgeous! Oak trees shade the camp site and provide excellent canopy coverage. There is plenty of space to spread out and pinic tables and antique dutch ovens at each camp site. Bathrooms are near or far depending on where you set up camp. There are 600 acres on this property, mostly beautiful meadows and scenic vistas. CAMPING: Reservation tent camping only. Reservations must be made thru your local Girl Scout council... otherwise the main gate to the property will be locked. AMENITIES: Fresh, cold running water at each campsite. Bathrooms. Picnic tables and private, cold water showers. There are outdoor structures for holding open air events or having a small meeting. Propane cooking only - charcoal use given on an individual, weather-permitting basis by the on site Ranger Mark. There is a sheltered fire pit available for campfire use. *Bring your own food* BUGS: They run amok. None of our spray on pesticides worked! Dangit. Crane flies are EVERYWHERE! (they even snuck inside our cars and came home with us). Crane flies look like mosquitos so wear your running shoes. Spiders constantly freefall from the trees - watch what you're putting into your mouth. Pincher bugs and the catepillars were annoying as well. Red ants are running this joint and even though they don't bite - they're scary as all get out because they're bigger than me! CELL PHONE SERVICE: At the time of this posting, AT&T, TMobile, Sprint/Nextel, Boost, Verizon, Metro PCS and any other crap carrier you might have, DID NOT WORK at this campsite. Sorry. RANGER MARK: He's a hottie. And very knowledgeable about the area. He gives hikes daily and lives on site. *BTW, there are a few other residences tucked away on site so hooting and hollering is ill advised after 22:30. MISC: It is extremely dry and dusty out here. I think it would be better to camp down the mountain at Lake Elsinore. SUMMARY: Loved our camp activities and enjoyed getting away from the world but too many bugs ruined my fun. MY ADVICE: Prepare for the worst and hope for the best... this place is 100% rustic living.

Since we live nearby, my wife and I stopped by unannounced one weekend. We were warmly greeted by Diane, who was not only kind and welcoming but also very knowledgeable. She took the time to show us around the lot and walk us through the different vans available. Each one looked to be in excellent condition, especially considering their age and use as rentals. It's clear they take great care of their fleet. After hearing horror stories about other van rental companies--poorly maintained vehicles, withheld deposits, rude service--we felt totally at ease here. So we booked our first rental, *Albie*, for a quick weekend trip to San Mateo (May 16-18). Bill gave me a quick, no-nonsense rundown of the van's operation. His confidence in the simplicity of the vehicle and in me as a driver was refreshing. His attitude was basically: "You'll have a blast--go enjoy it!" And we did. Albie, a 70s VW van with a smooth 4-speed manual, drove like a charm. Yes, it had that classic steering play like you'd expect from an old-school vehicle, but it was part of the fun and easy to adjust to. At the campground, everything worked as expected--no issues or surprises. The van was fully stocked with essentials: cookware, a flashlight, dish soap, and more. We brought our own since we're local, but it was great to know it was all there without any nickel-and-diming. Bill even added a bike rack for us for a small, totally reasonable fee. Returning the van was a breeze. Bill did a quick, low-key inspection and genuinely seemed more interested in hearing how our trip went than scrutinizing the vehicle. He clearly cares about both his customers and his vans. **Bottom line: this is a top-notch, trustworthy business with reasonable prices and a personal touch.** If you're thinking about a vintage van adventure, *don't hesitate to rent from these guys. Bill was great to work with in setting up a date/time for the work to be done. As it turns out the standpipe work was done under a recall and we only had the electrical problem remaining. Bill reached out to make sure we had done some basic troubleshooting, just in case we could solve the problem over the phone rather than make the long drive up from San Diego. After reviewing the Peace Vans material for our unit, we discovered a variance in a setting and solved the problem. Bill's encouragement to just review simple things meant no wasted time for us or for his busy technicians. We appreciate his willingness to take on helping us and his can-do attitude!

She spoke to the difficulty fighting against corporations who want to build tall buildings to block coastal views and develop land without regard for the once thriving and unique ecosystem that once made up our entire coastline. Two biologists let us on a tour of the area. They both shared interesting information about both the plants, the birds we saw, the history of the site. One interesting tidbit is regarding the mule fat trees, which caused mules (back in the day) to get bloated as it isn't digestible. They have monthly excursions for as much as a donation. There is basically zero maintenance of the facility. There have also been multiple rate increases over the course of a year with no improvement whatsoever to the facility including another one that raises the monthly charge another $10 per month starting on January 1, 2026. I paid the full amount for the month of December and then received the notice of the rent increase the next day. I found another place to store my RV that is closer to home and FULLY PAVED for $3 more than their increase so I jumped on it. I terminated my space on the 4th and they refuse to prorate my rent and return the $258. After receiving the response from the business I wanted to add this: My payments were on auto pay the entire time that I had my RV stored there. The payment came out on the 1st of the Month. I received a notice on December 2nd that the rent was going up on January 1st. As soon as I received the increase notice I started looking for a new facility. Once I found one I went to the office and told them that I was vacating immediately. That puts the move out in their supposed "10 day grace period" which I never used because I was on auto pay and was never late on my payment. I have no problem paying for the 4 day period I was there. I do not think that it is fair or equitable to keep the entire month of rent, ESPECIALLY with the "10 day grace period" they supposedly have. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, to which the office responded asking that I call so that we can work this out without the dispute. I called and was told that they are disputing my dispute of the charge, so it was a waste of my time. Completely unethical.
