The carpet feels and looks clean.

Both Shayna and Chris did a terrific job. I write very few reviews online, but the treatment I received was exceptional. They cleaned leaves and debris from the basement steps and did a terrific job of cleaning the floor in the part of the basement they had cleared. I should also say that they were more than 40% less expensive than another company that I called, and substantially easier to schedule with. I like that they are are local team! . I will be looking for opportunities to hire them again. Really unusual to be so enthusiastic about trash removal!!

Therefore, I decided to just get a deep clean of the carpet I have. After I bought the Groupon, I called to schedule my appointment. Super easy process to get scheduled. Up until the workers got to my house, I received multiple text updates on my appointment time and when the workers were en route. The two workers showed up and were awesome from beginning to end. Super respectful and knowledgeable. Very neat and clean and provided an incredible product. I was truly blown away by what they did. I would've, without a doubt, given a five-star review based off of their performance alone. The only reason for the four stars is the price. I paid $45 to the Groupon to get the basic four-room carpet cleaning. That didn't include any of the deep cleaning options. When it was all said and done, I paid about $500 for three bedrooms, a hallway, and the steps. This option includes the ability to call back every year and get the whole thing done again the exact same way for only about $100 each time. Additionally, at the end as we were checking out, the worker handed me the tablet to sign our agreement and it was on a tip page, with 20% already tacked on. They were only at my house for about 1.5 hours, so 20% of $500 seemed pretty bold. I ended up paying it, because they did do a fantastic job, but it did feel a little pushy. Take that for what it's worth. Overall, I would definitely recommend the company and I'll be calling them back.
