On one occasion I couldn't get through on the phone, and they actually called me back almost immediately, I didn't even leave a message. Such a small thing, but it really shows how attentive they are. Every visit feels smooth and easy. They're great at explaining different massage options, helping match you with the right therapist, and making sure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in. Like any wellness place, sometimes cancellations happen, especially if a therapist is sick. While it's never ideal, they've always handled it professionally and tried to accommodate us in the best way possible, which I really appreciate. What keeps me coming back is not just the service but the variety of massage styles. My husband prefers a very light, gentle massage, while I usually need something deeper and more intense and they always manage to pair us with therapists who can deliver exactly what we need. Overall, this location is friendly, reliable, and truly committed to making sure every client leaves feeling better than they came in. Highly recommend!

He was massaging my back with one hand, and the other hand was using my butt (instead of the table) to grip. - the lady that was massaging my husband kept leaving the room, so he didn't get his full time. Jesse mentioned that he is a mechanic for bodies, and I one-thousand percent concur!! I work at a desk pretty much alllll day, then sit in a comfy chair and binge watch shows for my relaxation, which eventually will affect your body. My back and hips were so tight, which radiated down my legs! It's like Jesse knew exactly how to get to the spots that I couldn't, and he fixed me!! The atmosphere was soooo awesome too. He played music that transformed me into scenes from Bridgerton, IYKYK I was hesitant to give a review because I don't want anyone to know about the masseuse I've been searching for all my life! And I've been to a lot! And, I'm selfish, I don't want to share him! But, it would be a disservice because I want everyone to feel relief and to be healthy. At my age, it's all about maintenance, just like how you have to maintain a car so it works well and runs good, you have to do the same for your body, which is why Jesse will be my body mechanic for life now! Thank you for fixing me Jesse...that's all.

Walked in with my mother and was greeted to a nice looking lobby with a nice couch to sit on and wait as we were a little early. The staff was very kind and professional. After showing the coupon we were asked for the Voucher Number. For those who never used Groupon before the email your sent as a "Receipt" is not good enough to redeem the Groupon (This is for any business, not just this one). You have to go to the Groupon website, sign into your account, pull up active Groupons and hit "Redeem". Once you "Redeem" the Groupon it will show a barcode with a number below it. That number is what the business needs to confirm you paid and is also the number the business uses to get paid by Groupon. There are a few negative reviews in here and it appears by reading them people don't actually know the process which is not clearly explained by Groupon. Anyways we did the 90 minute massage and facial which as someone who's been to a lot of Chinese massage places I can say with confidence this place is in my top 5! The experience was very relaxing and the lady who did my massage and facial was very good and did not go too deep. Massage went like any standard back, arms, and shoulder massage but during the facial they used some machines I've never seen before. Some special vacuum tip that sucks up blackheads and another machine was a diamond tip thing I don't know what it did but did not hurt at all and the facial was just as relaxing as the massage. They also do a lot more then just massage and facials so ill be back as its way cheaper and has better value than any of the spas on the strip!

The location is in a great area and very easy to find. My wife and I did a couples massage in a spacious room that featured three beds and calming background music. The masseuses were wonderful and gave us plenty of privacy to get ready. The session started with about five minutes of light, organized communication, followed by total, silence--it was so relaxing I actually fell asleep while having my feet rubbed! The 90-minutes was incredibly thorough and never felt rushed. They started with my head and upper body, moved down to my legs and feet, and finished with an amazing full back and neck massage using hot stones. So many fake 5 star reviews!!!…read more This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I've ever had. My massage therapist didn't seem to know where the muscles were and spent much of the time rubbing directly over my bones instead of working on muscle tissue. It honestly felt more like someone was spreading sunscreen on me than giving an actual massage. We booked a 90-minute couples massage, yet she completely skipped my lower back and didn't massage my feet at all. To make matters worse, we were left feeling extremely oily afterward. The experience at checkout was just as disappointing. Our couples massage was $160, plus they charged an extra $3 just for paying with a credit card. Even though both massages were poor, we still left a $20 tip. Instead of thanking us, they pressured us to leave an even larger tip, which made an already bad experience even worse. I also noticed they've recently increased their prices, which makes the poor quality even harder to justify. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
