The doctors themselves are amazing and very good at their jobs, but I have had terrible experiences with other staff members. Half of the lady's at the front desk are very rude and are not willing to answer any questions without making you feel stupid. I have also not once but TWICE been left in a room and forgotten about by the nurses because the doctor had to go deliver a baby and they did not inform me for over 45 minutes each time. Appointments are also very difficult to set up, I call multiple times in a week to try and set up an appointment but am just met with an automated recording telling me to leave info and I will get a call back, yet the call never comes or if it does it is over a week later. I have loved the doctors at this office but everything/everyone else involved in the business is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Especially with how stressful the reasons woman go to these offices already are. Would love to see these doctors have competent or even just compassionate staff working with them.

She is easy going, caring and very encouraging. I never feel rushed when meeting with her which I can appreciate. Dr. Northrop not only exceeded my expectations during pregnancy but also was great at lifting me up during some of the hard times. There are 2 other doctors at WCA, Dr. Pearce and Dr. Bhakta. Both of them are great so if your original doctor is unavailable no worries. Dr. Bhakta recently joined WCA and was the one who actually delivered my little one. I met her a couple weeks before and honestly it felt like she was my doctor the entire 9 months. Thanks to her for an incredible birth experience! Overall I would recommend WCA to anyone. Her holistic approach is just what I've been looking for. Dr Snead is very patient & kind. He did the internal ultrasound that discovered my fibroids. I absolutely LOVE that he offers to pray for you after every appt. He recently did my hysterectomy (11/2024) he prayed for us before surgery which really helped put my nerves at ease. I'm healing so well and I barely have scars. I've heard a few say Ms Angela rushes around. If so she does her job well and really listens. It's up to the patient to advocate any needs. There's only 2 of them and they care for so many, I always make sure to bring a list of concerns or questions and I always walk away feeling heard.

They have 2 locations, one in north copper and one on south copper. Same doctors just 2 locations…read more I came to this location to see my GYN since her north office was booked a month ahead. This office is located on the second floor above the asian restaurant in the corner. You kinda have to go towards the back of the building to go into the doors but you can park anywhere there is parking. Once you park you will see signs, pass the doors there are some stairs you can take or use the elevator. Once you get to the second floor the office is located to the left of the stairs/elevator. Once inside is pretty basic waiting room, chairs, magazines etc. The front desk staff both times I went were nice and made me feel welcome. Once they called me they bring me back and take my height and weight. The patient rooms are simple, you got your bed, the sink, the cabinets with all the special equipment etc. There is a TV playing a slide show with all the doctors in the practice and a bio next to their picture, it gives also gives the hours of operations, relays announcements etc. There is a half way with a chair on the other side so you can undress with some privacy and if you bring someone with you to the appointment they can sit in that chair by brining it over. I recently switched to a provider in this office and it is a different experience compared to the previous provider I was with in another city. So far my experience coming here has been positive and I hope it continues to be that way.
