We had to order another one and that took another 2.5 weeks. Unfortunately the bar didn't work for our shower so went to return it and they said there would be a 25% restocking fee, if Moen would take it back. Say what? We will NEVER shop there again and will never recommend anyone else to shop there. One more reason to shop online, no customer service anyway!

Amazing showroom but not a lot in stock there. If you need something right away, don't bother going there). Upon arriving here, I was glad to see a parking lot beside the building; that excitement was soon tempered when I saw all the trucks in the lot and the dumpster bins taking up spots. Better to park on the street. When I entered the showroom, a nice lady greeted me and offered to help me find the type of faucet I needed. (I see other reviews of this place note that service here is lacking. My experience differs. I had great help here!). I like how they have a decent selection of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and many are quite nice, but for me, they did not have a quarter of the selection that EMCO did, and they weren't as consistently über-cool and contemporary and artistic and high-end. Of course, the flip side of all this is, the products they have, while pricey, are not even remotely as expensive as those at EMCO. So it's a trade-off. Plus, this place carries a lot in stock (and if they don't have it here, chances are one of their other stores has it in stock. The faucet I chose was in stock in their Richmond store, and they were able to expedite its transfer to this store for my plumber to pick up in a day). My plumber was able to order this faucet at a 15% discount, so that helps! I also liked how this place opens super early for plumbers to pick up orders, so my plumber can get my faucet for me before my 8am appointment. I'll have my new faucet installed by 8:30am. Nice!

I was looking for scrubbied/sponges for dishes. The brand they sell at Dollar Land is the same at any other dollar store except at Dollar Land you WILL pay more. The sponges were $1.99...sigh! After being greeted by the very friendly Ammar we wandered through the showroom drooling over all of the vanities. Before long my husband came to me with the 'I found the one.' look on his face. Yes he had! Lacquered doors, quartz counter, porcelain basin, beautiful faucet and soft-closing doors and drawers. As Ammar went off to get the price list I braced myself. I was expecting it to be really expensive compared to what we saw at Rona. Sure it was more expensive but you're getting what you pay for. We also got a toilet there and even its design is elegant (hey it's your porcelain throne right?) and simple. If you don't think items like vanities and toilets are exciting you should have a look in here. Drool-worthy for sure!

They have many items here that my friend I see annually at the Circle Craft fair at the Convention Center downtown. So I know these items are artisan-made (not mass produced). Examples of items here: jewelry, coasters and serving boards, reusable kitchen towelettes, water bottles, candles, soaps, lotions and potions and essential oils, organic laundry detergents, dryer balls, refillable liquid soaps and cleaners, TONS of adorable baby and kid toys and accessories, greeting cards and boxed note cards, crochet wall hangings, glassware, stickers, craft kits.... I could go on and on, but you get the idea. Prices here are on a par with those at the craft shows, where the artists sell their wares.
