When I asked the crew if they were going to reinstall the gutter, they told me that they didn't have the expertise to do it. The company's position was that since replacing a gutter was not part of the quote they were not obligated to repair/replace it. I would expect that if a company damages something during a repair that they would at least make an attempt to make it right. Instead I had to find a different contractor to do the work that Barefoot should have done at a significant additional expense. While happy with the work they did, I was very disappointed in their willingness to fix an issue they created.

They were very slow to address some fit & finish issues & painting follow-up, after we discovered some sloppy work on trim of house where deck connected. Some replaced boards were poor quality & some type of tape used had left horrible sticky residue. Anyway, this delay trying to get those issues addressed also meant the deck sealing & staining was delayed additional weeks, leaving us to worry about unprotected wood being exposed through the rainy spring. We needed to swap out damaged panels and fully replace others for 70 feet of fencing, including one 4' wide single gate.
