My assumption was that the tub would be the same color that it was, but it was glazed in white. White doesn't match the color scheme of my 1950s bathroom that I love. The scheduler said that TubTastic would make it right, but she will no longer communicate with me. At the time the glazer was wraping up, my husband paid the glazer in good faith that the color would be redone, but since July 26th when the work was done there has been no progress and no responses with any updates with making this right.

On the day of service, the staff arrived and were very professional. They were polite and tried to time the noisy parts of the day with times when my baby was not napping. The gentleman who worked on our shower stall informed us that there was a problem with water seeping back up after it was dried, and that it was beyond his scope of knowledge. I appreciated this fact because if he hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known, and we discovered that we had to get our shower floor replaced due to the water problem. Some technicians only do what they are paid to do and do not put forth any additional effort. SRS is not just 'some technician'. They came out originally to deglaze my tub 20 months ago. A few days after the project was finished, I noticed they used tan caulk on my white tub. It looked dirty and unfinished. I called them about it and they came back out to fix it. The third time they came out was around 11 months after the tub was deglazed. My tub had stated peeling (similar to the picture) and since it was under warranty for 1 year they came out to fix it. I was told it was peeling because the faucet leaked. It was deglazed and we had someone come repair the faucet. Now about 9 months later this is what my tub looks like with no faucet leak. Was that the original reason the tub peeled or does bath magic not know what they are doing? If you want your tub reglazed and for it to last more than a year, do not used this company.

What's the point in having a warranty if I'm going to have to pay for their shotty work. The only guarantee that they honor is you are guaranteed to be ripped off!
