Our front porch on our 1939 home had a fascia of brick that was loose and falling off. The…read moreflagstone on top had begun to crack apart without enough support under it. After I removed it, I found that most of the block support behind that was also loose or missing. I put in a call to several contractors for quotes. Brickworks was the first to respond and came up with an innovative repair plan. All others immediately said the whole porch would need replaced at almost 2x Brickworks quote. Decided to take a chance and was quite pleased. They repaired the structure, installed new fascia brick and were able to salvage some flagstone pieces to repair the surface of the porch. Everything was coated with waterproofing. However, when they were done they did an amazing cleanup and even repaired and seeded a few sq ft of damaged grass and reinstalled mulch around the porch. You would never have known that they were there except for the fact that the porch looked amazing. This work was done last year. It weathered great during the winter. I've always meant to post a review but never got around to it. I'd get a guilty feeling every time I'd see their trailer. Today I couldn't take it any more and just had to post. Would recommend them without reservation!

Ive been trying to get a call back for two months and no matter how many times I call it's the same thing, I'll have someone get back to you, it never happens and frustration is now at a high. 75% of my chimney is 70 years old and looks great but the work they did is beginning to show major signs of wear and tear. Now I understand why they only offer a five-year warranty!! Customer service is horrible and craftsmanship has a lot to be desired. My fault I guess for thinking I hired a reputable company.

We contacted All Brick Design in mid June to discuss the work that needed to be done and get a quote to do the work.  We signed a contract and were given a date of mid- August to do the project.  It was estimated that it would take about 4 days to do the work.   Just as promised, All Brick Design came in August and completed the work in 3 days.  The new stone work in the front of the house, as well as the new paver  patio in the back yard looks great. We would highly recommend All Brick Design to any of our friends needing any kind pf brick or stone work done.  We will definitely use them again when we need any more work done. He said the job would cost significantly more than the written estimate. I don't understand the purpose of providing a written quote if the company has no intention of honoring it. When I told him I would leave a review based on my experience, he accused me of threatening him. A review is not a threat--it's a way for customers to share their honest experiences with others. Please be aware of their unethical business practices.

Four weeks turned into seven weeks with NO COMMUNICATION. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I was told the poles would be set on one day and they showed up to my property on a different day unannounced. I was also told the actual fencing would be installed on a particular day and once again they show up unannounced on my property on a different day! The work is always sketched out and detailed on the estimate. How that crew was able to still install part of the fence incorrectly was beyond me! The crew also ruined my water hose & spigot hooking up their hose. It cost me $85 to get that fixed! The crew also felt it was ok to dump cement in my lot. The second crew which included one of the owners did rectify the fencing situation and cleaned up the cement. No apology was given from either owner though. I'm a customer they should have wanted to do a good job for as I need more fencing done next year. But they probably don't care as i put more money in their pocket because a neighbor is using them for fencing as well. He was warned though! If you are going to use this company you better be at hone during all installs and watch them like a hawk! If not...they'll end up costing you more money in addition to what you paid them!
