After reading several negitive reviews about so many deck/ arbor builders we decided to give this company a chance! He had no negitive reviews. No phone calls prior to the start date( we had to call him). He finally showed up at my house at 3pm with unprepared wood that was not stained. Nothing really started that day. He made our time line and everything looked good- but his help did not stain part of the deck,( he corrected it) and missed part of our finish. The owner is a good man, but a smooth talker. Nice quality on the cabinets, however, the cabinets were made about 3/4" short of the old ones requiring new baseboards. I searched and sourced these on my own, but asked they paint them as they were already doing touch-up from other damage during installation. They refused, and what really soured it for me was the owner saying "well you approved the drawings!" (Whose dimensions did not include a gap). So for lack of a couple of feet of paint I will not be using them for the bulk of our project. As intended, I found out the character and the willingness to correct mistakes of the operation before getting in too deep. Onward to someone who stands behind their work and understands the importance of ownership of problems. Sadly, I would not recommend them until they figure this out.

My wife and I spent 2 years fighting with another "full custom" cabinet maker down in San Antonio to provide us with full custom cabinetry in our 3,900ft2 new-build custom "forever" home - kitchen, pantry, laundry room, mud room, and vanities in 5 bathrooms. We are still engaged in civil lawsuit, we and a dozen others have filed police reports, and he and his wife just recently filed for bankruptcy. We ended up ripping everything out, donating the cabinets that survived the demolition to Habitat for Humanity, and starting all over again with Cibolo Creek Craftsmen as our new dream maker. Craig and his team's professionalism were literally the breath of fresh air we needed. They immediately put us to rest with their professional approach, helping us redesign our spaces, offering incredible design suggestions based on their experience (including cabinet arrangement, stain-grade wood species, colors and stains), and most importantly to me, expertly managing our expectations by not promising us anything that he wasn't fully confident he could deliver in the scope, schedule or budget of the project. His team came through in SPADES, from the quality of cabinet construction, the scheduling of deliveries, the professional installation, their attention to the small details, all the way to final finish and adjustments!! They weren't going to be happy until we were thrilled, and I can honestly say, our cabinets and vanities are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! My wife and I have the cabinets that we only dreamed of having back when we first started our journey towards building our "forever home." So, here's a HUGE shout out to Craig, Albert, Rob, Zach, and to the rest of the Cibolo Creek Craftsmen team!! Thank you all so very, very much!! I can confidently say, choose Cibolo Creek Craftsmen LLC as your cabinet maker, and you won't go wrong!!
