The company came out several times to troubleshoot, charged me a service fee each time only to have the same problem or a new problem start again shortly after. After a couple years of calling the company I was told they couldn't do anything more, they were going out of business. Funny, their website says they have been in business since 1993. Run from this company, they are crooks through and through!!

The minute I waked in it smelt so amazing. It was very inviting. There were hundreds of trees all decked out for purchase, as well as Nativity sets, wreaths & quilts. There were rally neat Gingerbread houses and a small area to buy crafts, as well as the sweet section to purchase yummy treats. This is a short 4 day event where you can buy the trees or other items up for purchase. Trees ranged from $200 up to one I saw was $8k! On Thursday the second day of the event most trees had already sold. Many trees were honoring deceased love ones, and had really special tributes to things they liked... biking, toys, etc. it felt really special. They had choirs performing as well as instrumental performances on two serrated stages. Entrance was $10 on Thursday and at 11am it was quite crowded actually. I purchase a ticket in advance and scanned my phone at the door to get in. Easy breezy. Parking was a bit crazy but I just ended up driving over to where it wasn't so hectic and people weren't fighting for spots. Would love to visit this again next year!

We confirmed and they committed. Because of this, we didn't look into other options. My husband has consistently followed-up 3-4 times since they reached out in October so we could see when we'd be on the schedule. Today, I'm sure because of my husband's follow-up, we received an email saying they won't be able to install this year due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues and they are Christmas lights- not the end of the world- I'm disappointed about the lack of communication and the fact they waited too long to tell us. I'm convinced they only told us because my husband kept reaching out. There is no way I can find someone now that it's the middle of November. I believe in excellent customer service and effective communication- this situation failed in both areas. Super big bummer for us but most importantly- I hope this helps someone else think twice before committing to work with them.

Really enjoyed the wonderful synchronization of music with the colorful lights. They definitely put a lot of effort into making this entertaining for guests. This is a no-cost, high quality light show that is very accessible from the I-15. Around 7 there are already a lot of cars parked right outside, so I recommend getting here early to secure a good spot. It doesn't seem people get outside the vehicle, perhaps out of courtesy or because of the cold, but I was able to hold my daughter and let her enjoy the light show relatively close up. Highly recommended if you're looking for something more chill at no cost (although I've heard the thanksgiving point lights are quite good). The Cross E Ranch Fall Festival has been a family favorite of ours for nearly a decade, and it just…read morekeeps getting better every year! There's something for everyone here, but our kids especially love it. Each season, the ranch adds new activities, and despite the growing crowds, it never feels too packed thanks to the wide-open space and plenty to do. Our kids make a beeline for the corn pits first thing--they could play there for hours! They're also big fans of the giant slide and obstacle course. As a dad, I have to say their burgers are top-notch--some of the best you'll find at any local event. Just don't wait until the end of the night like I did, or you'll be stuck in a long line. And whatever you do, don't skip the donuts! They come in cinnamon sugar and glazed, and while both are amazing, the glazed ones are my personal favorite. The hayride is always a relaxing highlight of the evening. If you plan to visit later in the day, make sure to dress warmly--it gets chilly fast once the sun goes down! It might even be nice if the ranch offered blankets for guests on those cold nights. One small suggestion for the staff: at the rock climbing wall, please make sure younger kids get assigned to the easier side. My 7-year-old was put on the harder one and only made it a few feet up, but she still had fun trying! Overall, Cross E Ranch continues to deliver an unforgettable fall experience. They fully enjoyed so I'm the odd one out here. There was a small $2 discount for coming in after 6:30pm. Then they also have a you pick pumpkin patch for free that I did not see. They are really weird about buying tickets, you CANNOT buy tickets from the idle employees sitting in the booth. I had to fill out a whole form and enter credit card info on my phone and then show them the barcode. This part seems especially odd and annoying.
