The first appointment for powerwashing my home was missed. The explanation I was given was that my info (address, phone, name) was not saved by the man that had schedule the time at Deckwow/Deckrite. I, at that time, reschedule for 2 days later at the same time. When the scheduled time came, no one arrived. After waiting over an hour, I called them, but was switched to a voice message that provided no opportunity to leave a message. A few hours later, I received a return call from a very professional woman, stated she noted they had missed a call from me. She could provide no reason as to why no one had shown up. I promptly canceled work with Deckwow.
