I had to discover the damage on my own and cover the repair costs myself, which wiped out any savings from using them. R&R Flooring came to us through our General Contractor and they are amazing! The job was gutting…read moreand renovating the entire main level of our 1965 split level which hadn't been touched since the house was built. R&R moved a wall, took out an unused fireplace, filled in a window, installed all the new appliances, handled all the finish carpentry, painting, tile entry way and tile back splash and the quartz countertops and new island with quartz top. The original hardwood in the living room/dining room was in good enough shape to save but the kitchen which had been vinyl and the family room hardwood was all replaced. You literally can't tell where the old wood was laced into the new wood floor. And, when the owner wasn't satisfied with how the floors looked he had his crew sand it all down and do it over! We also purchased our cabinets through them and it saved us a lot of money. Most importantly to me is that we never had any issues with any of the work crew as they were in our home from the beginning of March to early June. And they worked every day unless we were waiting on something that had been ordered, but they always alerted me to that, and they came on time. We didn't even mind that they worked a few weekends. I never had to track them down and ask if they were planning to work that day or not. They did an incredible job in a short amount of time. I couldn't be more pleased with how our house looks now. If I have other things to renovate in my home I will always call on them.
