I was sadly recently disappointed by my experience here. After working so hard to curate a brand…read moreand logo for my business, I engaged with Customistic for new custom shirts on shirts that I brought in. I spent 20 minutes with the technician finalizing the proof. My bill was ~$230 for reference on order size... probably pretty small but certainly not the smallest. Most of the order came out to standard. The sad part is a specific batch of my order were printed using the wrong color. Tech told me the printer messed it up. Some technical jargon regarding ink. I asked for half my money back and was denied because I brought the shirts in. Sad. Very sad. Not for them, for me. I care a lot about this company merchandise. In the midst of my sadness, my current assumption is there probably is no such thing as a true 5 star print shop, they would have to charge 30-50% more to cover losses on mistakes. There's too much that can go wrong and the business model likely cannot afford to please every order that gets messed up. In other words, original custom printing is probably just a crap shoot. 3 stars is fair.

My last project was to replace my classic Tiki Ti t-shirt that was worn out after years of use. They perfectly replicated the design on the back and left-breast logo. So I got online at the Gorilla website and typed a quick message specifying what I needed in a fractional stacker; Each box should hold two 1 ounce Gold Eagles, three 1/2 ounce Gold Eagles, four 1/4 ounce, and five 1/10 ounce Gold Eagles. Truly fractional and FIVE FULL OUNCES per box! Oh my, Gorilla Pro got back to me even before the evening was out, and before the next morning, had designed EXACTLY what I needed. Because I'm very heavy in my silver stack, (but not so much my gold stack) this product is precisely what I need for me to accelerate my gold purchases although I was able to fill one of the three right away. The other two should be full within a couple of years! The color, the texture, everything was perfect. Even the shipping container. I want to thank Gorilla Pro for their stunning professional work and I look forward to doing more business with these guys in the future.

That personal touch and communication really stood out. Definitely recommend Gorilla Pro Customs if you want real customer service instead of just automated replies.
