I got off work at 7pm that day and still no text from Jo Ann. The next day at 3pm she texts me with the design that was not even I asked for. Told her that we won't be needing the t shirt anymore (since it's too late when we need it by tomorrow). That I'll just return to her some other time now that I know her location. She texts me back that she had bought the shirt and had put the design on the shirts (before I even said yes to the design) and don't bother coming back she learned her lesson with customer like me. With so much hate in the world I didn't want to add to it so I just texted back God Bless!

These new owners have won my business! I was in town for a conference for a couple of days and decided last minute printed t-shirts would be a good idea. I was lucky to find this business. It was open at 8am before the conference. Ebony was very helpful on the phone and offered to print my logo on my shirts in less than an hour. When she didn't get an immediate email from me she called to double check that I sent it to the right email address which I hadn't. This was proactive and saved me time. I requested standard white but she offered glittery silver which was way better. They didn't have neon green in stock which is my logo color but they offered to purchase some that day if I wanted more shirts, so I ordered more to be finished the next day. All items were done perfectly!

I decided that I was going to make my own tank tops with fabric paint, and make my own stencil for the design I wanted. Needless to say... I apparently am not crafty enough to make these Bachelorette shirts. I called and explained everything to Melaina early Tuesday morning about my situation and what I needed to be completed and in a price range and I needed it in 1.5 days. They worked quickly to get me the BEST QUOTE and within a couple of hours I received the mock up from Marianne which was exactly what I wanted and I was notified that my tank tops were done and ready to be picked up within 24 hours of dropping them off. I will only be using Makin' It Reign from now on and I suggest you do as well.
