His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. It was a tow from my house so I wasn't stranded, but the time seemed reasonable. I appreciated the call to let me know that he was 5 minutes away. I'm not sure if other towing companies use this, but I like the addition of the mini wheels they put on the back of your car so you're not adding miles during the tow.

We used the storage until for less than 6 months and when going to retrieve our items as we now have space elsewhere we opened the unit to discover our things covered in mold and damp and bins had water in the bottom of them with lids having condensation under them. We had sentimental things that were placed in DRY bins - such as pictures and baby clothes and baby items that belongs to our deceased child. We will never be able to replace these items. We had to throw out many things such as decorations, electronics, pictures,bedding and our grill due to everything being destroyed by mold. We made the owner and an employee well aware the day we cleaned our unit out and then called again to hopefully be offered some of our money back due to the false advertisement of "climate" controlled and having more than 50% of our belongs covered in mold..... no resolution was offered. If you have valuable items such as things that are irreplaceable or valuable things you don't want damaged, DO NOT STORE THEM IN A UNIT HERE.
