Within 30 minutes of my calling in to AAA, Jason from Ricci and Son's Towing was in my driveway ready to help. I did request him to replace the 7 year old battery original to my car and he was happy to do it. He was pleasant, efficient and knew what he was doing. My day began being inconvenienced but the morning ended with me being able to go on my way to stock up with some groceries for our next snow storm and not having to worry about my little SUV not being in service. I am an 80 year old widow who appreciates nice young people who are proficient in their job and kind and thoughtful to we senior citizens.
