A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. I made an appointment however we work in OC and it was going to be after hours before we could make it to Corona. The owner told me it was no problem and we meet him that evening. He was very honest giving us several options. Mind you only one of them would profit his business. I decided to simply have them replaced. Even though we didn't use his company for my mirrors he proved his honesty which will definitely have us only recommending his business!! The windshield on my car is notoriously challenging to tint because of the size and layout, but they did it perfectly! They really go above and beyond. When I told them that I would not be able to pick up my car during normal business hours because of my schedule, they went out of their way to be available on a weekend, so I could get my car back ASAP.
