Ever heard the saying if it's too go to be true don't do it.... this is one of them... complete waist of time... they don't believe in communication skills unless you owe them money..... the judge threw out or case after giving Debt Stoppers 3 chances and we had no clue! they charged us $2500, we made 4 payments, only to find out the case got dismissed by Com-Ed 20 days later (we didn't even find out from them!!!).... they never called us they never said there was a problem... Asked for a refund because the job wasn't done... they told us not a chance. look I get it, if you're going bankrupt 99% of the time you don't have $1000 laying around for a retainer... all I'm saying is this isn't the company to go with.... This was a no nonsense case. Be 100% honest and upfront. I did everything they said, and when, and there weren't any problems or surprises.
