As the buyer I was being represented by Katrice Matthews and ended up loosing my earnest money total of $2,000 . When seller decided they wanted to cancel the contract she failed to notify me that I will loose my earnest money if I accepted the cancelatoon. Through the process and conclusion she was working for the seller and not for me the buyer, poor communication and customer service skills .
