As a fellow attorney, I've had the need to refer clients to a family law attorney many times over the years. Conniff & Keleher is, without a doubt, a firm I am completely confident recommending when someone is facing the difficult process of a divorce. Going through a divorce is one of the most stressful times in a person's life, and the team at Conniff & Keleher has proven time and again that they know how to navigate the complexities with incredible professionalism and a steady, reassuring hand. Feel like I was emotionally manipulated into dragging out court proceedings knowing darn well what the outcome would be eventually. Many times I had addressed concerns about growing costs and was told I had to continue. Also my lawyer had my bank logins (for discovery) so she knew what kind of money I had to spend at the time. Never again! Wish I could give zero stars. read more

Marc's advice and counsel always got me through, especially in the rougher stretches where I questioned my own direction or the opposing party was unbearable. Marc Bangser was referred to me when my previous attorney was clearly unable to provide the legal support and expertise needed for my case. Throughout my unfortunately long custody case, Marc provided unwavering legal support and representation while also being very responsive during critical moments. During the case, there were many moments of great difficulty with the opposing party which I cannot imagine are typical of any custody case. Still, Marc helped me through them and in the end we got the best possible result having had to go to trial and an appeal. I would recommend Marc to anyone looking for the best legal counsel and the most pleasant, communicative partner through a very difficult situation. read more

The process of my divorce has been one of the most difficult things in my life - aside from the marriage itself. I had chosen Conniff Law Offices because I wanted someone accomplished in mediation and compromise, but who could also put up a fight against the worst in their industry should settlement fail. I have not been disappointed for even one moment. Throughout the entire time I have been completely astounded by the level of legal prowess, professionalism, and even humanity that I have seen from every individual I have met at Conniff Law Offices; all the way from the paralegals who know me by my voice when I call to Lyn herself. I used Lyn for a collaborative divorce last year. As far as divorces go, collaborative is the way to go, and Lyn is the attorney to use for it. Lyn and her colleagues helped me navigate through the divorce, parenting agreement, and a financial agreement that made a potentially ugly situation tolerable. From start to finish I knew she had my back and her main focus was a settlement that was fair. I have called Lyn several times after my divorce for other family matters and she has always found time to discuss my situation. James Keleher handled my family law case with great professionalism and integrity. He and his associates took me through a very difficult case. I especially value that they always had the best interest of my kids as their first priority. Family law is very emotional and they were supportive while being very honest with me about what would be in the best interest of the children. They know the law and the courts inside out and want to get you and your family through the process as painlessly as possible. A lesser law firm may promise you the moon or tell you what you want to hear, since futile court filings made from emotional motives can drag out a court case and pad the bill. Coniff Law kept me on track to pragmatically acheive the goal of the case in whatever way would protect my kids. I really appreciate their work. They got me through it. I was never alone. We won in court repeatedly because they aimed me at rational, reasonable, ethical goals. read more

My husband and I have used Conniff Law Offices on two occasions and both times we were extremely impressed with not only the results, but the process. After having less than stellar experiences with other lawyers, we were very pleased with our choice. They have a personal touch that can be lost with some-- and is quite invaluable. They are professional, personal and work hard on your case. We worked mainly with Mr. Kelleher who followed up on all of our requests, worked extremely well with the other parties involved, worked quickly and effective, and got us great results. read more

Lyn very successfully represented me in involved negotiations in unwinding a marriage with 4 minor children, multiple pensions and 401k's, and differing tax consequences. She created superb solutions that kept the kids in the house, protected my interests, got the mortgage replaced, and most of all kept the kids' stability and relationships paramount. Lyn is fantastic at fashioning workable outcomes that are reasonable, fair, and real-world oriented.
