I had to constantly follow up to even get a response. Frank ignored most of my messages, and when I did hear back, it was always the same empty promise: "We'll get back to you in two days." Spoiler alert -- they never did. How is it even remotely acceptable to let a case sit untouched for over two months? I honestly have no idea what I paid for. Total lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone who actually wants results -- or to be treated like their time matters.

Due to her efforts, not only were we able to close on time, but also with reduced closing costs. I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because we are truly grateful for having found such an amazing attorney, especially after being jaded by our negative experience with our previous attorney.
