I cannot speak highly enough of Lynette! We were buying our first home and our realtor HIGHLY recommended Lynette, and we completely understand why. We had no idea what to expect when buying our home and Lynette took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we understood what needed to happen and when. She advocated for us throughout the entire process and made sure that our home buying experience (which we expected to be entirely too stressful) was an enjoyable experience! During our transaction, the sellers tried to pull one over on us a few times and Lynette made sure that not only were we protected, but that we came out on top in the end! I don't know how we could have gotten through this crazy experience without her, but I know that every single time we will go to buy or sell in the future, we will use her! If I could rate her 1000/5 stars, I would! Thank you again so much to Lynette! Your knowledge and expertise is unparalleled! read more

It has been a pleasure working with Lynette on the purchase of our new home. My husband and I were very impressed with Attorney Lynette McKenzie. We found her to be intelligent, knowledgeable, confident, sociable and she was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend Lynette; we would definitely use her again in purchasing another home.  We were first time homebuyers and she helped us through the process. She was referred to us by our relator and she did not disappoint us at all. We were very satisfied with how Lynette handled our situation in purchasing our home. Lynette is exceptional at explaining the paperwork with home closings.  Lynette knows how to make it happen and Lynnette will go above and beyond to make it happen! Kevin L.M. & N.M.M read more

Lynette is the only real estate attorney I will ever use in this area. She was upfront and fair regarding her fees first and foremost which I appreciated. She and her staff were engaged and attentive throughout the entire loan process from the first email to the last signature at closing. She also made it clear that if ANY issue came up afterwards to call. She made me aware of any issues that came up (and there are ALWAYS issues). She pressed to make sure I was protected on several issues that could have left me vulnerable. She answered all of my questions and explained things in a way that novices like myself could understand. I felt at ease with her and her team representing me and my interests. Her services are WELL worth the money and then some. read more

I came across Lynette when I was purchasing a condo that did not go through due to some irregularities in the sale description. I had already paid for inspection and appraisal when the issue was brought out by paper work from the HOA. I did not but that condo, was very distraught at the amount of money lost and just happened to call Lynette from a choice of on line attorneys. All I wanted was information and she kindly took the time and talked with me. So when it came time to purchase my home, I wouldn't have looked to anyone but her. She works incredibly hard for you, what is right and what you deserve as a purchaser and I'm sure she would work as hard as if you were the seller. THANK YOU Lynette for getting me into my home! You are amazing! read more

I absolutely loved working with Lynette! She was thorough and gave us great explanations for everything. It was a great help since my partner and I were completely new to owning real estate and she was patient with us when we asked silly questions we should've known. Our situation was very difficult as we only had a week between finding a place and leaving to go abroad and then closing shortly upon our return, all within 4 weeks. Despite the short time line and our absence for half of it, she was great getting everything done quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed working with Lynette and would recommend her to anyone I know. read more

If you are looking for an amazing real estate attorney, hands down hire Lynette. I had multiple real estate questions, and the standard response I was receiving from most other law offices was their fee scale, but not with Lynette. I received a kind, supportive, and most importantly informative phone call, which in all actuality was probably a consultation...with no charge! As much as I want to hire Lynette she unfortunately does not provide the services I need. She did however, provide contact information for two attorneys that she believed were best suited to handle my legal needs. Thank you Lynette. read more

We used Lynette in the sale of our house when moving out of state. I can't thank her enough for all she and her team did to make the process go as smoothly as it did. Very professional, easily reached when a consultation was necessary, and for those buying or selling, pay attention to her advice, it is as good as you're going to find. If she recommends it, do it. Ask questions if you like, but heed her advice. Fees were very reasonable, and well worth the money spent. If you're in the area and buying or selling, give her a call, you won't regret it. read more

We recently purchased a new construction as out of state clients. Lynette was referred to us by our real estate agent. Lynette worked with us through all the various hiccups (we had many!) we had in our buying process due to the state of the market. She offered us guidance and consistently followed up with the sellers side to keep the process moving along as quickly as possible. She was patient, accommodating and always willing to explain anything in kore detail when we requested. We highly recommend Lynette to anyone seeking a real estate attorney. read more

Lynette is professional, compassionate, smart, responsive and always had our best interest in mind. She negotiated late into evenings, weekends and holidays to navigate the typical challenges that come with a short sale. Lynette helped us take calculated risks but always urged us do what she felt would protect us in the end. I highly recommend Lynette and only wish I could buy her a vacation as a tip. What a champion. Thanks Lynette. We couldn't have done this without you and we now have our dream home. read more

We worked with Lynette during a very challenging time with the closing of our home during the pandemic. She advised us professionally and had always had our best interest at hand. This was our second time using Lynette, and once again it was a great experience! She guided us through the whole process with clarity and tremendous expertise. In light of the pandemic, we were nervous about the process. But she was able to coordinate a virtual closing that ensured our sale went through. Our realtor has worked with multiple attorneys, and he was so impressed with her that he told us she is getting all of his business! We can't recommend her enough! read more
