The assistants are good, but seem to be over worked because they NEVER follow up on anything they discuss with you. You will have to continuously call back to request for follow up on the things you discussed with them. I went in for an insulin pump on my 1st visit and gave up after a year of seeing no progress. I went to my PCP instead and had a pump within a month. You will also have to wait at least 6 months to get an appointment to speak with these "assistants". Here's the straw that finally broke the camel's back for me. I had a heart attack and while in the hospital one of the Doctors from this fraudulent office stopped into my room each day. They looked at my blood pressure and said, "Your blood pressure looks good, I'll stop back later to discuss your diabetes with you." They never stopped back later to discuss my diabetes but came back the very next day with the exact same story..."your blood pressure looks good, I'll stop back later." When I reviewed my hospital billing, those visits where they stopped in to tell me my blood pressure looked good were billed as "Endocrine Specialist Diabetes Counselling". This is obviously insurance fraud and likely the reason you can never see the actual Doctor at your office visits. The Doctors are too busy scanning the patient logs at the hospitals to see who has diabetes so they can make these 5 minute blood pressure comment visits and charge them as diabetes specialist counselling visitations while they have hired assistants acting as Doctors at their office. Don't just walk, but RUN away from this fraud of a Doctor!

I don't like being ill, which I am a lot, but I enjoy going to see Dr. Rosenberg when I am. I am very comfortable in his presence and genuinely like the man. He listens to my concerns, and has me on a regimen of medications that have my asthma and COPD under control, along with various heart issues. If he's not available for an appointment, his PAC's usually can see me same day, and he's been known to see me during his lunch hour. I can't say enough good about Dr. R and his office staff, which has had a nearly complete turnover in the past few years, all for the better. Highly recommend!

Instead of communicating this to me a month ago, I found out today that I will need to pay for a procedure tomorrow out of pocket. I will also have additional fees for upcoming appointments. All of this is very frustrating as I've already paid a substantial amount of money to this clinic. Patients should be informed of major insurance changes like this well in advance, so they can make financial adjustments. Ideally, insurance shifts should occur at the start of the calendar year and be communicated before open enrollment. This last minute notification was unprofessional, poorly communicated, and horribly timed.

I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.
