She then sends thousands of dollars worth of invoices, asks like a bill collector, then sues homeowners for the invalid, fraudulent invoices even after paying her monthly she still wants more and more. The worst part is she has the homeowner served at an address she knows no one will be able to receive mail, places a mechanics lien on your title and screws you.
