Every time I walk in, she makes me feel completely at home & comfortable. Her prices are so reasonable & she always does her best to accommodate my schedule, which I really appreciate. I was especially nervous about trying threading again. I had a terrible experience over 15 years ago & honestly never thought I would do it again. Feri convinced me to give it another try & I'm SO glad I trusted her! She threaded my brows and face & I had no reaction afterward; only very minor, tolerable discomfort. She knew how nervous I was. So, she talked to me the entire time to keep me distracted and make sure I was comfortable. Most importantly, she did such a beautiful job! It's genuinely hard to find someone who provides quality service while also making you feel cared for & welcome. Feri does both. I got eyelashes done by her and she clearly has talent on how to make them look good. I got a hybrid between mink and volume so they look natural but still dramatic in a good way. My eyelids are uneven so she tried to do each eye a little differently so that the final result would make my eyelids look even. Other lash technicians aren't as good at that! It is unassuming and facials are conducted towards the back of the salon, in a private room. It really is about the facialist. Maia has the most MAGICAL hands. Her massages are the very best. She takes her time and I come out every session with pore-less skin and squeaky clean face, neck, and décolletage feeling absolutely AMAZING. I don't think Anali really understood what I wanted. I wanted to blend my natural hair color with some color like the picture. She's cash only and I spent $300 and tip her still. I should have told her on the spot I hated my hair but I just wanted to get out of there. When she started to blow dry the front of my hair to style it. I had told her i thought my hair would be lighter since it didn't look even to me. She proceeded to bleach the front of my hair only and told me it wouldn't be the same as the rest of the color? She re-added bleach to the front for an additional 30 minutes. My hair is actually damaged from this entire process. I did get the courage to text her and told her that I wasn't happy with my front hair and how it didn't match the rest of my hair. That it's very chunky yellow highlights. I knew she wouldn't fix the rest so my main focus was getting the ugly yellow fixed. Which she answered her next available appointment was until she is back from vacation. I don't think any hairstylist thinks someone would truly like the color she left my hair. I decided to cancel the appointment for her to try to match my hair and go to another salon. I finally got my hair fixed and it's blended good and no more chunky yellow bangs. I spent over $400 to fix it somewhere else's however now I actually love my hair. They had to trim more of my hair because of the damaged done. My review is just for Anali. I seen the other ladies here doing their clients hair and no one else walked one with yellow hair. I truly don't think my hair matches the inspo picture in any way.
