Debbie Welch Homes helps buyers and sellers throughout Snohomish County navigate real estate with clear information, honest guidance, and a thoughtful plan for what comes next. I work with residential buyers and sellers, with a particular focus on downsizing and right-sizing, senior housing transitions, military PCS moves, Veterans, and relocation to or from the area. I have specialized training in senior-focused real estate and military relocation, including the Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Military Relocation Professional certifications. Whether you’re selling a longtime family home, helping a parent consider a move, relocating across the country, or simply trying to understand your options, my goal is to make the process easier to understand and better prepared. I serve Everett, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Snohomish, Arlington, Stanwood, Bothell, and surrounding Snohomish County communities.
History
Established in 2020.
Snohomish County has been home to me for over 45 years. I grew up in Marysville, lived and raised my family in Marysville and Lake Stevens, built my real estate business in this area, and now live in North Everett. Before beginning my career in real estate, I worked in healthcare in coding, auditing, and education. That background taught me to pay attention to details, explain complicated information clearly, and understand that important decisions rarely happen in isolation. I brought those same values into real estate and built Debbie Welch Homes around a simple idea: people deserve good information, careful preparation, and someone who will listen before telling them what they should do. Over time, my business has increasingly focused on the housing transitions that often require more planning than simply buying or selling a house, including downsizing, senior transitions, military relocation, and moves into or out of Snohomish County.
Meet the Business Owner: Debbie W.
Hi, I’m Debbie. What I enjoy most about real estate isn’t simply getting a house sold or handing someone the keys. It’s helping people make sense of a decision that can feel much bigger than the property itself. A move might involve aging parents, retirement, family changes, a military PCS, a new community, or leaving a home filled with decades of memories. I believe my job is to listen first, explain the options honestly, prepare thoroughly, and help my clients move forward feeling informed and confident about the decisions they’re making. Every move has a story. Most of them begin long before a house goes on the market, and that part of the story matters to me too.
