We worked with Brett at Lamb Real Estate to sell our home. He and his team did a wonderful job. He always kept us informed, he was very knowledgeable, presented us with many options and was a very strategic partner to have. He brought in a whole team to stage and the photos were top notch. The literature his team put together included a beautiful flyer highlighting our homes best features with photos and business cards with a photo of our home on them and a QR code for quick access to the listing. My neighbors were fascinated by the large number of people viewing our home. We had a 6-7 offers within 48hrs and sold our home for $115k over asking. We attribute this to Brett and his stellar team. We strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! read more

We want to give Matt Kearney and his team at Lamb Real Estate the highest kudos for our interactions with them during both the buying and selling process. We were truly blessed to be able to work with Matt. Matt and his team helped us buy our dream retirement home and sell our Seattle house and they were all absolutely wonderful to work with. Matt is an excellent Realtor and he went above and beyond when it came to helping us navigate both the buying and selling aspects. He and his team were always professional, extremely knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond to any questions we might have. Matt provided awesome referrals that never let us down. He worked with the lender and escrow company to make our home purchase went smoothly. In a time where it is unheard of to be able to buy the first house you put an offer in on, were able to do just that and at a lower price than the house was listed at. Matt helped us negotiate additional savings after receiving the results of the home inspection. Matt's advice was always on point and reflects the years of experience he has the industry. Once on the market, our Seattle home was pending within 2 days at a significantly higher price than it was listed for. This did not surprise us as Lamb Real Estate has an amazing marketing team who in conjunction with Matt perfectly showcased our Seattle home through fabulous staging, photographs and a virtual tour. Family and friends even commented on how great the house looked and the quality of the photos. We can truly say that Matt and Lamb Real Estate exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them if you are needing to buy and/or sell a piece of property. In our wildest dreams, we never expected to be able to buy such a great new home or to sell our old home for so much money in such a short amount of time. Besides being an excellent Realtor, Matt is a kind and caring person who will treat you and your home buying and/or selling process with his personal touch. Matt really deserves 10 stars out of 5 he is that good! read more

I loved working with Brett! He helped me find and purchase my first home and led me through the process so it wasn't painful and it was super quick! He's so friendly and clearly loves his job, and it made me excited to go house searching. He helped me remain positive and hopeful when the perfect home wasn't popping up on the market, and when it did - he helped me get it! There were several other offers on the house I got, and he made sure I did everything possible to get the home. He helped get me set up with a lender, with an inspection agent, and a sewer scope for my 110-year-old home. He's even helping me post-purchase by hooking me up with different contractors to work on the little projects in my new home. I highly recommend working with Brett! read more

We had a horrible experience as buyers whose seller used Lamb Realty and Lyndsay. She was rude and inflexible. Her unprofessionalism was unbelievable as seen by snotty emails and leaving a garage full of junk for us to deal with. I do NOT recommend her and will be filing a complaint with the Realty Association! read more

This review is long overdue! But I can't speak highly enough about Brett Ahlin. We reached out to Lamb as we were on the cusp of purchasing a townhome directly from a builder, which we later realized would have been a big mistake. Lindsay immediately put me in touch with Brett, who called me that evening and gave some very valuable advise that guided our entire buying process. Brett is probably the most efficient person I have ever met. Coming from another hyper-productive, efficient person, I really appreciated this! Brett goes above and beyond to support his clients and is super accommodating to their needs. He knew we were on a tight timeline to find a home and spent almost every weekend seeing 7+ homes / day. Brett really puts in the work for his clients and is committed to finding exactly what you're looking for. Brett's knowledge of the area, school districts, etc was invaluable. We ended up buying a home in an area I never would have thought of that has turned out to be exactly what we would have hoped for. I'm forever indebted to Brett for this. If you're looking for a stellar agent, hire Brett! read more

We've had the pleasure of having the team of Lamb Real Estate represent us in listing two of our homes. I can tell you this, they are an awesome crew from the reception all the way to the head honcho . Their staging styles are beyond amazing. It will transfor your home in ways you can't imagine. They are very professional, yet very easy to approach. They will stand by you through the entire process with no hesitation. Because of their years of experience, you will be in great hands. Can't say enough of how truly amazing they are. read more

Is there any way to give Leslie Davis more than 5 stars?? I reached out to Lyndsay via email to see if she might be willing to speak with me about a possible relocation to her area. She was not in town, but responded nonetheless to say that her sister and colleague, Leslie, would be getting back to me. Folks....that's some above and beyond Realtor stuff!! Leslie did indeed get back to me, and we arranged for a time to speak. Now for those of you who don't know...for a Realtor...time is money. There's no salary, no paycheck guarantee. So for Leslie to take the time that she did to answer my many questions about the area, well that was just top notch. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and did a fantastic job of educating me about the area, the local real estate market, schools and much more. I was looking for some straight talk from a local and that's exactly what I got. Oh, and to top it off, she followed it up with a fantastic email with tons more information. Thank you Leslie, I'll be reaching out when that time comes to make the move North. read more

We worked with Matt from Lamb and Co. to buy and sell our homes and he was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond! His background in construction and inspection was very useful as we toured houses and he was able to point things out that we wouldn't have thought of. When a water pipe burst in the house we were selling, the Lamb and Co. staging team found it. Their quick actions of turning the water off and mopping up made a bad situation much easier to manage. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and everyone at Lamb and Co. Real Estate!! read more

Lyndsay, along with Leslie, were great to work with to find our first home. We appreciated their extensive real estate knowledge as we're first time home buyers. It was great to have answers to all of our questions and we found their wisdom instrumental in making the process relatively stress free and fun. They were thoughtful and on top of finding what we were looking for. (While having us remain realistic about location, price and wants. Loved the real talk!) On our first trip out, after seeing 4 great homes we found the perfect one. Everything went smoothly thanks to their flexibility and awesome attitudes. We would definitely recommend Lyndsay Lamb Real Estate to anyone looking for a great agent. And we can't wait to work with them down the road in life! read more

Lyndsay and Leslie are a great team to work with! We bought our home last summer and I was VERY stressed out about it! Working with new construction isn't easy. It's Fun and exciting but something unexpected always seems to creep up. They were calm and collected and kept on top of everything. I hate packing so I don't plan on moving any time soon :) but when we do I would call the back in a second! read more

The greatest experience ever. Makes it so easy and fun. Put our interests first. I love the Lamb team.

Best home buying experience ever! I contacted Lamb real estate about 3 months prior to us moving up to Washington due to military orders. We knew we would be up there sometime starting at the beginning of the year but did not have a confirmed date and wanted to get things going prior to our move. I spoke to several realtors in the Everett area but many did not see us as serious buyers since we were not in the area yet. When I came across Lamb real estate I liked their website and how they seemed down to earth. Speaking with a few of their team members over the phone, I decided to go with them. We were introduced to Matt Kearney over the phone and he was very knowledgeable with the areas we were looking at and had a background in construction and home inspection which was a bonus. Matt was great, he kept in touch with us over the coming months and even sent a nice little thank you card. We finally received our move date and headed up to Washington. We stayed with family in Vancouver while making a few 3.5 hour trips up to look at houses and Matt was really great about coordinating and making us a priority with our home search since we had to stay up there for a few days. During our home search Matt was very proactive, responsive and was diligent on getting us answers when it came to houses we were very interested in. His home inspector knowledge shined through when looking at houses as he was able to tell us if things might be of concern. We were finally able to sell our home in California in March which allowed us to close on a house here in WA at the end of March. It was a very long road of buying, selling, and moving our whole family including long trips with our little baby but Matt really made it seamless hence this long review! On the day of move in, Matt came by to congratulate us and took our pictures in front of our new home as well as bringing by a lovely gift basket totally tailored to our style and unique. Lamb Real Estate really knows how to treat their clients from start to finish. We have bought and sold houses before and never had this top tier experience and I would highly recommend them!! read more

My agent Kevin insisted that I confirm my hired movers at noon but he did not deliver my new home keys until several hours later which resulted in costing me an additional $600 to pay them while they literally waited in their truck for him to deliver the keys. He kept an original set of my new home keys and would not return them after many attempts until someone else at the agency intervened which was unprofessional and worrisome read more

Lyndsay and Leslie are as good as it gets! We had a great experience selling our home with Lamb Realty. This was our first time selling, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us get the best value for our home. The communication between all members of the team was timely and clear, our staging was beautiful, and the photography made our house shine! I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their home to reach out to the Lamb Realty team. Wish I could give you more than 5 stars! read more

Lyndsey, Cooper and the entire staff are absolutely the bomb. Home sales near Mill Creek are on fire and I knew if we wanted a nice home we would have to move fast. Lindsey found me a home that just fell out of escrow and we set an appointment that afternoon, made an offer and had the offer accepted the tame afternoon!! Did the home inspection next day, closed a few weeks later. I am writing this review from my new home!!! What are you waiting for, give Lindsey a call today they are the best! read more

Lyndsay Lamb is an amazing real estate agent! She was the 4th real estate agent we tried. She was the only one that actually sat my husband and I down and asked us what we really wanted, all the way down to what type of entry do we like? She explained the entire process from beginning to end (and even drew us diagrams!). Lyndsay sent us multiple listings and asked us what we thought. She was amazingly patient with us when we couldn't make up our minds! As soon as we found our perfect home Lyndsay and I were talking several times a day she answered my questions and kept my husband and I calm through the entire process! She accommodated our crazy schedule, she even answered my random text messages at 10:00pm! Lyndsay has the knowledge and determination to help us find our perfect home! She made us feel so comfortable buying our first home! Thank you so much for everything Lyndsay! read more

My husband and I just purchased a home with Brett Ahlin of Lamb Real Estate. I cannot say enough positive things about Brett and the agency. We spoke with other realtors before choosing the Lamb agency. Brett was the most authentic and consistently responsive agent. He went above and beyond our expectations by coordinating with the lender, actively pursuing information from the selling agents, and just being available. My husband has used Lamb Real Estate multiple times and he has always been happy with their service. read more

Lyndsay is an amazing agent who really looks out for her clients. We sold our house with her, and then turned around and bought a new house with her - all during a very hot market. On the selling side, even though it was a seller's market, she pulled out all the stops (hiring more than one photographer to have our pick of the best shots, holding two open houses, promoting the house through her social media channels, utilizing her own clent base, etc.). We ended up finding getting an offer in the first two days. When that offer fell through, she helped us stay positive and another offer came our way two days later. She also advised us to price our house higher than we thought we could sell for, and we ended up selling for the listing price - this was a game changer for us, since we immediately had the cash we needed for a down payment on our next house. On the buying side, we were faced with lots of competition and many multiple offer situations. To successfully find a house, we had to go look at homes as soon as they were listed, and Lyndsay was always willing to meet us after work or on the weekends to show us homes. It was a bit of a roller coaster ride, but Lyndsay was always very positive and encouraging. When we finally found our dream house, Lyndsay knew just how aggressive we should be to secure the house without overpaying. In addition to being a good agent, she was fun! We loved spending our weekends house hunting with her. She really took the time to get to know us on a personal level. We will definitely continue to use her as our agent in the future, and will refer her to our friends and family as well. Thanks Lyndsay! read more

Buying a home is a stressful proposition in a "normal" market, and 2021 is anything but normal. The seemingly never-ending pandemic, the ferociously skyrocketing housing market, and an out of-state relocation increased the difficulty unmeasurably. Enter Brett Ahlin (of Lamb Real Estate). Brett worked tirelessly with us (on a nearly daily basis: sometimes hourly) to find a perfect (for us) home in our desired area. Brett worked closely with us addressing the limitations of our budget, a long laundry list of "must and must NOT haves", and limited available housing. He was always encouraging, positive, and insanely knowledgeable. He has an true understanding of the local real estate market and how to successfully navigate the process and makes it easy for his clients (although we consider him a friend now). He was in constant communication and made sure we both knew and understood not only what we were doing at that moment, but the next several step beyond. We were never surprised by unseen circumstances because he addressed them before they could. He went above and beyond in every single way. His kindness, empathy, and humor made the process far more pleasant than we ever anticipated. Thank you Brett! read more

Lyndsay helped my husband and I finally purchase our first home! We have been looking off and on for years but never found "the one". Lyndsay was beyond patient with us while we looked at home after home. Once we found our perfect home, she made sure that everything was on schedule at all times, updating us and helping us through our first home purchase. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. As our needs in the future change our realtor will always be Lyndsay Lamb. read more

I have worked with Lyndsay Lamb realty performing home inspections for their clients for several years now. I needed a realtor to help me sell my home. I found Lyndsay on Yelp and couldn't have been happier with her. Lyndsay and her sister Leslie are an amazing team. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. If I ever had a question or concern Lyndsay was just a phone call away. The marketing pieces they created for my home were gorgeous. They helped me stage my home to appeal to potential buyers and helped me spot any issues that may be a problem for the appraiser. I had two offers on my home that fell through. As a homeowner, it was my instinct to panic but Lyndsay talked me down and convinced me that the right buyer was out there. Within a week we had an amazing offer (more than the asking price) and closed in less than 30 days. I would recommend Lyndsay without question for anyone needing a realtor. read more

Lyndsay was fantastic! She provides much more than you'd expect from a Realtor. From the beginning she walked us through options in the sale of our home, many of which we hadn't considered. She kept the big picture in mind yet was attentive to the many details. Lyndsay gave us an expert perspective on the market and was able to creatively work through some very challenging moments during our sale, all while marketing aggressively. I would highly recommend Lyndsay to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! read more

I want to share my very positive experience working with Lyndsay and Lesley. They recently helped us sell our home, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Lyndsay and Lesley work as a team, and together they are friendly, fun, creative, knowledgeable, focused, intuitive and analytical. They were very thorough in their approach to researching, marketing and selling our home. They spent a lot of time with me in the beginning assessing our home, asking questions and making recommendations that were easy to follow. Once we were ready, our home was then staged to perfection by Lyndsay and her assistants in a way that showcased it beautifully. Everything was done in a very tasteful way that truly displayed the home in its best & true light. Their whole marketing plan was very thorough and effective, including beautiful professional photography. Lesley determined the best price for our home, which was better than anticipated. We accepted an offer within a couple of days of the listing that was higher than the listed price. I am so happy they recognized the value in our home and did such a great job showcasing and marketing it. The icing on the cake was that we found the perfect buyer who will love the house as much as we did. The closing went very smoothly, and we could not have asked for a better transaction. I believe Lyndsay and Lesley and their wonderful team are a tribute to their profession. They certainly exceeded our expectations! read more
