Before seeing Alex she would cry hysterically,apparently in pain, for no obvious reason,she didn't turn her head to the side,which was leading to her developing a very flat head at the back, and she was very particular about how she was held or sat, again crying in apparent pain if not held or moved exactly right. After seeing Alex her pained cries have stopped, she now turns her head,even sleeping with it on the side now, which has vastly improved her flat head, and is generally a much happier and more contented baby. However, even after numerous follow-ups, I have not received my refund. Their communication has been poor, and they have repeatedly missed deadlines. I then asked if I could view the car between 4-5pm. I couldn't as he was busy (which is perfectly fine). He said he could do an out of hours viewing at 6-7pm. But only if I would definitely buy the vehicle? To which I replied, I cant be certain that I'll buy something I haven't seen before. He was very flustered by this and said that if i didn't want to buy the vehicle then I couldn't see it!!! So he hung up! I suspect if i was doing something that I wasn't supposed to or selling stolen/ written off vehicles I would be quite careful as to who I let see the cars also. If like me, you expect to be able to view a car before purchasing, think again. Clearly for his clientele, the pictures are good enough to tell you if the clutch has gone or if the VIN numbers are all the same. His cars are cheap for a reason... ask yourselves why before wasting your time!!! Or if you do chance him.... do your checks!!! Very very very strange!!! Acting like he didn't want to get found out! Most dealers snap your hand off if your interested in their car!!!!
