When I went back to check on the estimate from Bugzilla, there was no mention of an inspection prior to treatment or what the treatment would entail, just a price which seemed very high to me. Since I already had an appointment set up with another company I didn't follow up any further. My apologies for not letting them know.

I sent him about 20 photos, and he was able to diagnose the problem, pending confirmation from his colleague after an in-person inspection. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. Despite it being the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, Austin arranged for Kyle to come out that same afternoon to diagnose and treat the issue. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and treated both my Boxwood shrubs and hydrangeas at a reasonable price. Two of my neighbors were so impressed with his expertise that they also hired him to treat their shrubs. Kyle explained that, in most cases, pesticides were unnecessary because the issue was simply winter burn that would resolve on its own.
