I ran over a dead deer laying on on the road in the early morning damaging the bottom of my car…read more.. pulled in to Abra at 7:20 am(they open at 7:30am)...in ten minutes they had our car on the hoist and were able to give Me an estimate and by 9:00am I was in my rental car on my way home... repair took about a week and a half and they kept Me informed of progress the whole time...Great People to work with and I highly Recommend...We had an Awesome experience for hitting a deer...lol

My son was faced with a bad starter at School and asked the towing co where they suggested he take…read morethe vehicle? Well he suggested Autotronics and boy am I glad they did. 3 months later oddly enough just before he headed back to school as the first unit failed as his first semester ended. So I rushed to get the vehicle in to a local shop 5 hours from Autotronics and followed up by calling to check on the warranty. Jay at Autotronics was absolutely incredible. Told me not to worry I was covered. Take it to where ever I want and get it repaired. But it didn't end there. I was heading to the west coast and Jay knew I was busy and he took the time to call the national warranty center and get a claim started for me and call me with the number! Are you kidding me? This level of service has all but disappeared from our society, but not in Mankato. In the end we had the vehicle repaired and yep Jay called to follow up on how it went. Needless to say we are customers for life and so should anyone in the Greater Mankato market!

My rack and pinion steering broke while I was visiting Mankato. I went in without an appointment…read moredripping steering fluid. They fit me in and did an excellent job replacing my rusted out rack and pinion. I don't live in Mankato but if I did I would Autotronics for my auto repair.
